This is a package that Full Moon tried to sell to local stations at the 2001 NATPE convention (Jan 2001). They weren't successful but may have gone ahead and taped the Shatner segments and finally found a buyer in SciFi.

For those who might be interested--and I alert fans with a sense of foreboding--the science fiction western, "Oblivion," which I wrote for FullMoon some years back, will be running on the Sci- Fi Channel on "William Shatner's Full Moon Fright Night." My understanding is that Shatner films wraparounds and does interviews with actors from the films. "Oblivion" stars an impressive cast for a Full Moon picture: George Takei, Carel Struycken ("Lurch" from the Addams Family movies), Julie Newmar, Musetta Vander, Jackie Swanson (Woody's wife "Kelly" from "Cheers"), Meg Foster, Isaac Hayes, and Richard Joseph Paul. I have a blink-and-you-miss-me far shot cameo where I'm seen running away from a mortician in the first couple of minutes.
