911 - AN INSIDE JOB

Are private investigators of the 911 attacks being bumped off? And by whom? Jeff Rense has an article today about the death of Brian Downing Quig, an investigative journalist, who was run over by a car on June 16th in Phoenix, Arizona.

The details are given and then a piece by Quig from September 1, 2002 is reprinted. The article really got to me because it seemed to recapture the first feelings I had after 9/11. My immediate first suspect was that it was a CIA operation or something like that. The article reminded me that it was only ONE HOUR after the attacks that the CIA announced "it must have been Osama bin Laden." Thus began what many people are now calling "the wildest conspiracy theory of them all," the idea that this magnificent, absolutely perfect operation, carried out with military precision, was somehow pulled off by this terrorist living in an Afghan cave. Quig's words brought back those moments to my mind.

"After turning on my TV to see the burning tower after the first plane hit the WORLD TRADE CENTER my attention was arrested like all others. When the second plane hit the second tower I said to myself WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE? "When the 3rd hijacked plane hit the PENTAGON, the first witnesses reported the "plane circled the PENTAGON in a sharply banked 270 degree turn that was distinctly different than any commercial plane and more like a military plane" and bypassed a straight in shot at the offices of the JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF only to hit an insignificant spot in the back of the PENTAGON.

"I said to myself then, IT IS NOT A REAL TERRORIST ATTACK!! THANK GOD!! One hour after the second plane hit a CIA analyst on ABC announced that it was Osama bin Laden who was behind the attacks!"

The whole thing was suspicious to me from the start, and the strange fact that the CIA immediately "knew" who did it was more suspicious still. Only later there would develop all the uproar about the lapses of intelligence and the intelligence failures. And yet despite all these "intelligence failures," the CIA immediately knew exactly who did it. This "meme" was planted directly in the public's mind from the very first hour after the operation, and rubbed in ad nauseam by the telemedia which overnight seemed to have become nothing but the spokesmen for George W. Bush.

Bush and his Vice President increased suspicion a hundred-fold when they both later went well out of their way to urge and insist that there should be no investigation of this incredible event! There are only a few plausible reasons why the President would so earnestly kill all attempts to find out what really happened. Clearly the administration wanted us to stick with the bin Laden cover story and NOT find out the truth.

This Administration has a strange relationship to "truth." After witnessing the long months of Administration lies about Iraq WMD, outright lies, let's face it, after all that it is easier to realize that the whole Bush cover-story about bin Laden was also a pack of lies. Quig goes on to describe the incredible hoaxing of a nation that followed. I remember thinking that the evidence that was found regarding the terrorist was too laid-out, too clearly put there for someone to find. It had the feeling of being a false trail.

"When on the first day I saw it announced that terrorists left a flight manual for the BOEING 757 written in Arabic in their rental car parked at LOGAN AIRPORT I said THIS LOOKS LIKE PLANTED EVIDENCE REMINISCENT OF THE FAKED PHOTO OF LEE HARVEY OSWALD WITH THE RIFLE USED TO KILL THE PRESIDENT IN ONE HAD AND THE COMMUNIST NEWSPAPERS IN THE OTHER THAT WAS USED TO CONVICT OSWALD IN THE MINDS OF THE AMERICAN PUBLIC.

"When the passport of the alleged lead terror pilot, Mohammed Atta, was found in 2 feet of rubble 2 blocks from the WTC I said WHO DO THEY EXPECT TO BELIEVE THAT!!

"Then they expected us to believe that Atta packed a bag for his suicide flight and by some good fortune it did not make his flight. To top it all off the baggage contained a suicide note. Then bin Laden makes a confession on video tape and leaves the tape where it is found. And the gullible American public buys it all primarily because it is unchallenged by the entire mass media!!"

The 911 story was a bunch of lies, just like the pile of lies which the Administration told about the Iraqi WMD. This is an administration that lies as a matter of policy. It doesn't want us to find out who planned 911, before the war it did not want us to know that Sadam had no WMD, it wants to operate in total secrecy and beyond the law, and beyond the Constitution.

The loss of the media has been the real shock to me. I never realized how important they were; for example, during the Watergate era when the power of the press ended a Presidency. One came to take the press for granted as a watchdog, not realizing that one would wake up one day and find the press totally taken over by the same cabal that criminally installed our present "president." Without the press (and the mainstream press is now a lost cause)the Bush Administration can now "have its way" with us, bending our minds into any shape they want with non-stop propaganda. The power of the propaganda is reflected in the large number of people who still believe the original bin Laden cover story, the Great Hoax, the "wildest conspiracy theory of them all."

Quig goes on, in this 2001 artical, to run through a number of the inconsisties and mysteries in the Bush cover story, mysteries which have greatly grown in number since 9/11, and long lists of which are known to those who use the Internet.

"Ariel Sharon canceled his address to ISRAELI support groups in NEW YORK CITY just the day before his scheduled 9-11 address. The 120 Israeli art student spy ring active in the UNITED STATES before 911 had a group living on the same street just 3 blocks form Mohammed Atta. US intelligence and US media had no interest in this ring or the 2 Israelis who were disarmed in the Mexican congress with guns and explosives and fake Pakistani passports at a time when the congress was not going along with Fox's support for the Bush invasion of Afghanistan."

Then there were the Israeli spy ring stories, of which there are many, and the story of the Mossad-linked agents who tried to pull off another fake-terrorist attack on the Mexican parliament. When those stories broke I suddenly realized that control of network news was now absolute. There was nothing about these stories on mainstream TV. These very relevant and important, even urgent, stories were totally ignored by the networks and mainstream press.

In fact almost anything negative about Israel is completely censored out of American news. I remember feeling really alarmed when I realized that this vague shadowy international cabal called the "Bush Administration" now controled ALL the media! It seemed we were entering a hopeless era. "Brave New World," "1984," it was all coming true! The American government was just overthrown and nobody cared!

Quig goes on to lament this take over of all the information streams going into the brains of the American people.

"The American public has no concept of how the entire broadcast industry is monolithically controlled --- all offering the same lies at the same time. There are 6 corporate groups that own all of the newspapers in America. The last time the senate examined the corporate ownership of the broadcast industry was 1970 when they issued a report showing an enormous crime in progress. A handful of international banks were illegally usurping corporate control of the entire broadcast industry in the UNITED STATES."

"There is an ISRAELI WAR LOBBY numbering in the thousands beating the drum for war totally unchallenged on TV. They are not registered as agents of a foreign government as law requires. In the news media they fill the ranks of the very most prominent, like Ted Kopple, George Will, Mort Kondrakie, Wolf Blitzer and Billy Kristol.

"The ambitions of the Bush administration go far beyond getting the Afghan pipeline to move the $350 billion of central Asian oil. They are pressing for full-scale war where more is destroyed in a day than is produced in an entire year of peace. From the business standpoint WAR IS THE ULTIMATE CONSUMER!!"

Quig's article brought back to me the feelings of those first weeks of pondering after the 911 event. And now he is dead, run over by a car in what appears to have been a "hit." Is this the beginning of something like the fates of "the grassy knoll people?" Will we now see the gradual elimination of all people trying to find out the truth about 911? I guess it is a measure of my low regard for the one playing President that I have no difficulty imagining him giving the orders to get rid of these "bad elements." This is the same guy who wants to know just exactly what books have YOU been reading lately?

Which brings me to the weird situation at Guantanemo Bay where the "enemy combatents" are being held, and there is talk of putting in execution facilities. Just who are those guys anyway, and why are they there? It is my own opinion that these "enemy combatants" are actually simply people whom the government fears have knowledge and/or evidence that the Bush cover-story about bin Laden is false. They were rounded up and incarcerated BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY KNOW. There are probably many among them who know absolutely for sure that bin Laden did not plan 911. The stamping of the cover story by the Administration on the collective psyche of the world is essential to the Great Hoax. That is why, with this new "enemy combatent" category, the person is not allowed an attorney or to speak with anyone. The whole reason they were arrested were because they might tell somebody something.

Frankly, I can see that the "Grassy Knoll" approach is a hell of a lot easier, quick and permanent. And we know the prez likes things that are a hell of a lot easier. Remember his famous remark? "If this were a dictatorship, it would be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator!"

I believe that a good portion of those who are still detained as "enemy combatants" in America are also there because they may know something of the truth about 911. They simply rounded up everyone who might be suspected of knowing who really planned 911. We know that the President and Vice President don't what us to know the truth about 911, they both said so. So if that is their general position one can well imagine they would round up all the people that might know the truth, to prevent them from telling the truth. If I felt it was easier to be a dictator and I wanted to cover up my involvement in something I would round up everyone who knew about it and put them in jail without a lawyer. Ha!

So who killed Quig? I have no idea. It's almost like there are too many likely suspects. Whoever called the hit it was someone who didn't want investigators poking into who really planned 911. Hmmm... lots and lots of suspects. The American people should demand an immediate full independent investigation of all facts and possibilities about the 911. The people's representatives should have DEMANDED that immediately after the event! Sometimes one just get exasperated by all this and one wants to scream "Is EVERYBODY in on this?" Otherwise there are only the single investigators here and there who keep on working, and now maybe they have been working too effectively, and are being bumped off. Why do we allow the secret government this kind of unbridled power?

Dec. 28, 2001 (EIRNS)--ZIONIST LOBBY IN FULL MOBILIZATION TO BURY SPY AND TERROR SCANDAL.

An array of Zionist Lobby organizations, all deeply tied to Mega and to the remnants of the 1980s ``X Committee'' of Jonathan Jay Pollard spy fame, are fully activated to bury the story about the Israeli drug and espionage operations against the United States, and their possible links to the events of Sept. 11.

EIRNS has confirmed that Camera (``Committee for Accurate Middle East Reporting in America'') has launched an e-mail, fax, and phone call campaign, to force Fox TV to drop its probe of the Israeli dope, spy, and terror scandal (indeed, Fox has removed the transcripts of the coverage from its website).

From Dec. 11-14, Fox TV's Brit Hume Investigative Report had aired four segments on the scandal and the possible links of Israelis arrested in the U.S. to the Sept. 11 attacks on the Pentagon and World Trade Center, by chief political correspondent Carl Cameron.

In addition to the Camera mobilization, Zionist Organization of America head Morton Klein (who attended the July 30, 2001 White House blackmail session with representatives of the evangelical Temple Mount groups of Falwell and Robertson) wrote to Fox executives, and Abe Foxman of the ADL ``had conversations'' with top officials of the Rupert Murdoch-owned TV network. The Camera mobilization was, in fact, directed by the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA), a group which is at the heart of the Israeli penetration of the U.S. defense and national security establishment.

Founded in 1973, in the immediate aftermath of the October Arab-Israeli war, JINSA enticed active-duty and retired American military officers by all-expenses-paid junkets to Israel, where they are indoctrinated to see America's security as identical to Israel's security. The current chairman and CEO of JINSA is David P. Steinmann, who is also a director of Camera, and is the overseer of the family trust of the Rosenwald Family, of Sears Roebuck. Other JINSA directors include Steven Bryen, Richard Perle, James Woolsey, and Ken Timmerman.

On Dec. 12 and 13, 2001, Camera issued bulletins, calling on their supporters to mobilize pressure on Fox TV to kill the story. The first bulletin was titled ``Fox News Recycles Bogus Anti-Israel Story,'' and the next day's bulletin was titled, ``Fox News´s Carl Cameron Recycles More Rubbish.´´ The two bulletins formed the basis of a news story in the Dec. 21, 2001 issue of the Mega-owned weekly, {Forward} under the headline ``Israel Calls Fox´s Spy Reports `Baseless.´" {Forward} is owned by former hedge-fund manager Michael Steinhardt, a charter member of the Mega Group, who has recently been involved in launching a major propaganda effort, on behalf of Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, under the dubious title "{Emet}"--the Hebrew word for ``truth.´´

This is a juicy additional dimension to the already gigantic scandal over the detentions of hundreds of Israelis, suspected of engaging in spying and drug trafficking inside the U.S.A. since 1998.

MEGA-OWNED {FORWARD} PUBLISHES PUFF PIECE ON MEGA GROUP

MEGA-OWNED {FORWARD} PUBLISHES PUFF PIECE ON MEGA GROUP.

The weekly {Forward} published a puff piece on the Mega Group in its Dec. 21, 2001 edition, under the innocuous title, ``Moneyed `Study Group´ Is Engine for Charity Revolution.´´ {Forward} is owned by Mega Group charter member Michael Steinhardt (a founder of the Democratic Leadership Council, and close ally of Joe Lieberman).

The article was a timeless puff piece, reporting on the existence of the Mega Group since 1991, and acknowledging that there are now parallel private ``study groups´´ being set up in Canada, Europe, and even in Israel, to draw together the Israeli Lobby's ``mega-billionaires´´ to coordinate their efforts.

The article was an obvious response to the fact that EIR's exposes of the real nature of the Mega Group have gotten out all around the world, with a very big impact.

In the course of publishing their self-defense story, the Mega gang, naturally, provided some previously unknown details, including the identities of several more members.

These included Rabbi Brian Lurie, former CEO of the United Jewish Appeal (since merged with the United Israel Appeal and the Jewish Federation Council, to form the United Jewish Communities, a group controlled by the Bronfman and Tisch families), Home Depot founder Bernard Marcus, Snapple owner Peter May, and Levi Strauss heir John Goldman.

The {Forward} story reported, ``An effort is also under way to start a similar group comprising Jewish philanthropists from Canada, Israel, and Europe. Its members are likely to include the Arison family of Israel and the Rothschild family of France, as well as a Canadian Bronfman.''

The new ``international Mega group´´ is being organized by Shalom Elcott, president of the Tel Aviv-based Ted Arison Family Foundation (Arison was the founder of Carnival Cruise Lines)
