Good evening. This is Tawatnaw. I am speaking this evening through Wayne, who has been asked by Commander Torqualino in a message this morning to sort of "stick his neck out" and trust his intuition and connection with us, and his ability to discern what we say from what he might think with his logical mind. He found himself sufficiently motivated with a bit of free time and has allowed himself to be a channel for me. I am therefore speaking on behalf of those who are responsible for the current crop formations at Chilbolton, acting as a translator between them and Wayne this evening.

The recent crop formation adjacent to the radio-telescope at Chilbolton is a multi-dimensional message from friendly and caring beings outside this solar system. (See messages from Lady Kadjina dated August 25th and August 26th below) These beings, however, are capable of traveling to Earth (projecting their consciousness may be a more accurate term) and engaging in communication on many levels.

The digital message sent from Arecibo, Puerto Rico, in 1974 was an attempt by Earth scientists to communicate with any beings that might be capable of deciphering the digital coding. We have been able to decipher the codings and have previously responded in a variety of ways. Unfortunately, our previous messages have been kept from the public and are known only to a handful of scientists and covert operatives who have felt it necessary to keep the communications secret. It has taken a series of more complex maneuverings and negotiations for us to be able to now project our response in a manner so that a much larger public might be aware of our existence and abilities. We wish to make it known that we are also conscious beings with the ability to communicate using your Earth techniques and also that we can add to the information-sharing effort that was begun by your scientists. We do this in a spirit of cooperation. Our recent crop formation shows how we differ from Earth humans, relative to basic form and DNA structuring. We are from a grouping of planets with a "Sun" smaller in proportion to your Sun. Our planetary grouping is a civilization similar to what your global civilization is becoming, except that we span several planets and have relatively free communication and travel between them, just as you would have travel and relationships between Europe and North America, South America, Africa, Asia, Australia, and so forth-one of your continents being like one of our planets, so to speak.

We have found that there are growing numbers of people that have been able to read and understand the basics of the crop formations that we have been projecting over these many years. It has taken a time of testing while we have followed and been in contact with the awareness levels of certain investigators to ascertain their level of understanding. For awhile, we would often project an image that some of the investigators would be thinking about and talking about, just to show them that we were in contact with their consciousness and could establish an actual two-way communication process. Also, your media and Internet communities are sufficiently open and accessible now that we can rely more consistently on more accurate accounting and reporting of our formations. Therefore we have stepped up our projections and are increasing their complexity.

Regarding the particular crop formation that we recently projected in front of the radio-telescope installation at Chilbolton, we projected a digital miniature of a crop circle that we had projected a year previously. This was in place of the digital image of the Arecibo radio-telescope that had been sent by your scientists in 1974 and was to indicate our counterpart method of communication-you using the structure of the radio-telescope and we using the crop formation technology. We project these information sets through something more like you would call telepathic, without the use of 3-dimensional structures. We do an equivalent mental projection that forms what some have seen as a ball of light and that then projects the energy patterns of the mental projection onto the various crops. We can vary the intensity and direction of the projections to make images appear 3-dimensional, which is difficult for you to do with radio frequencies projected randomly into space. However, it is a similar technology; ours is simply more precise and more focused and is done without the necessity of rigid constructions. You might also think of our projections as focused sound frequencies, except that the sounds are not discernable to the human ear for the most part because they are in different frequency ranges. The face formation is a separate projection and is intended to be a companion set of information. We have projected an image of how our faces might appear to humans with the ability to see etheric form in 3-dimensional vision. In other words, we can project ourselves into 3rd dimensional form and appear similar to humans. However, our body shapes when in 3rd dimensional planes are somewhat different than human proportions-you would definitely be able to tell us apart from other humans. We projected the face to let you know that we can relate to you on an equivalent face-to-face basis so that you would feel comfortable in our presence. Also, we projected the face in conjunction with the digital projection to let you know that we are beings similar in nature to you-with emotions and desires and "personalities." However, we have reached a point in our evolution such that these parts of our nature are most consciously used as tools of our essence and they do not control us, as is so often the case with humans at this time in your evolution.

We are concerned with many aspects of human civilization, as you might expect. We see a new thrust again beginning toward the colonization of your solar system, using technologies that consume and waste huge amounts of resources and threaten the well-being of many of your peoples as well as those outside your system. One of our missions is to bring more efficient, less polluting technologies to your transportation systems. However, there is a larger problem that we perceive, which is the aggressive and care-less nature of your various military-industrial-political complexes and remaining greediness of many of your business enterprises. We do not wish to help facilitate the expansion of these attitudes beyond your global borders and therefore need to introduce new technologies in conjunction with changes in attitudes and motivations. This is a most sensitive and difficult process, as it requires a high degree of multi-faceted negotiation and coordination, including exposure of previously guarded "secrets" to larger and larger groups of enlightened humans in a way that they can understand and use for the betterment of humankind.

One of the purposes of the recent crop formations, therefore, is to make our capabilities and motivations known very clearly to those who are in control of the military-industrial-space exploration processes. While we arrive and project ourselves in a friendly and neighborly manner, we want to assure those in control that we are quite capable of controlling any technology that might be used for uncivil purposes. It is similar to a statement once made by one of your Presidents: "Walk softly, but carry a big stick."

We leave you now with the awareness that we are here to assist in the more rapid and peaceful evolution of human life. As those on Earth continue to increase their awareness of the bigger picture, not only globally but also cosmically, there will be a more orderly transition to the cosmic alliances that are necessary and inevitable. We do not have the luxury of wasting time, however, as those in control of Earth have created a very tenuous situation for all concerned, not only with the physical pollution and waste of resources, but with the suppression of human desire and creative abilities. We, in conjunction with many other civilizations outside your current Earth-plane understanding, are working together in what you might call a concerted effort to nudge Earth into a greater understanding and compatibility. We ourselves do not intend to use force, as you perceive force, but rather to help you avoid the disaster scenarios that have been set up by your own unenlightened practices.

Wayne:  I would like to follow up with some more detailed information on the Chilbolton Crop Formations that we spoke of yesterday.  There are two primary parts to the mystery that interest me, after first resolving whether or not these are hoaxes and why this took 27 years to show up.  First, is the face an image of those entities that are creating the formations or simply a reproduction of a face to indicate some humanoid being?  The second question relates to the details of the digital printout, particularly the bottom bits of information that relate to the sender and the sender's DNA format, the assumed planetary system of the sender, and the substitution of what was the original depiction of the radio telescope at Arecibo with what appears to be a depiction of a crop circle formation in the same location from a year before.  I am assuming that the differences are a message that the sender comes from a different planetary system with different planetary alignments relative to its central star; that the sender has a slightly different DNA configuration and physical form, and that the sender is responsible for the previous year's crop formation. Good morning Wayne.  This is Commander Torqualino.  If you recall, when Lady Kadjina yesterday was preparing to give a message, she paused for quite some time.  And that was because I asked her to withhold information.  You have been told that in the time to come you would translate certain coded messages for us and for humanity.  You've also been told a year or so ago that you could at that time begin the work.  Now, as you know, if we do it for you, you'll never get there.  So at this point I would simply ask you to write up what you have been discussing as to your interpretations and understanding.  Once you have set that forth, if there are additional questions that you cannot find the answers to yourself, I will return and help you.  For in your working with these crop circles—or for that matter anything else that is likened to an encodement message—you are going to find yourself becoming increasingly accurate.  What you have discussed with Kay is very accurate information.  And we would add at this point: it is not a hoax.  Now bear in mind that we have said there are individuals who can read these messages of the crop circles.  But in that grouping there is none who would play a practical joke or perform a hoax.

You were talking about the differences in DNA strands.  These extraterrestrial beings and those such as myself have DNA configurations very different from those beings that use 3rd dimensional physicality as a vehicle for soul expressions.  We have no need for our DNA to wire us to our inner motherboards in that way.  I find picture words to come in very handy.  It is the need of the soul to use particular forms as vehicles that determines part of the cellular structuring and the DNA that goes with it.  At some point this morning, Lady Kadjina wants to come back and discuss with you a little as to what is the light-body and how that works.  But for now, I would prefer to stay on topic with this.

Wayne:  Thank you.  I would like to ask more about the relationship between DNA, light, and how the DNA encodements manifest on the material plane, relative to the particular planet that a being reincarnates upon.  My understanding is that light is the medium in all planes and that information is carried upon pulses or waves of light, is formed into DNA encodements attuned to a particular plane of existence, and this is what determines the physical-emotional structure of a particular being.  Can you help clarify this understanding?

Good morning, this is Lady Kadjina.  I'm going to use picture words to try and designate differences in the types of physicality.  Upon Planet Earth you have electrical wires.  In your homes you have your 110 and 240 voltage.  If you have heavy-duty equipment and try and plug it into a 110 circuit, something will blow.  If you have a kitchen appliance and you attempt to plug it in to 220, you will burn the appliance.  If you have outside electrical wires on your telephone poles and the insulative protection breaks away and a person were to touch it, they would be a goner.  Yet through all of this wiring, there is certain encoded information as to what precisely the electricity is supposed to do.  However, all of this electricity comes from one source.  But the usage is channeled in different ways.  So, DNA is something of the motherboard.  It's information and it contains eternal information about who and what each individual is.  It also contains information as to family groupings, soul groupings, planetary groupings, galactic groupings, and has the capacity to link up in a variety of ways.  Here is where the confusion comes in.  There is the consciousness factor.  It is the consciousness factor that determines the type of insulation necessary for any particular individualized soul expression.  It may be necessary, because of a particular consciousness level, to allow wiring that would be the size of a single tiny Christmas tree light.  You have the knowledge that if a certain human unprepared vibrationally were to enter the presence of a cosmic being, they could be harmed unless that cosmic being were to put up some type of protective shielding.  The harm would be in particular to the very DNA structuring.  Because of the consciousness, the motherboard itself is not wired to these high-vibrational beings.  As consciousness evolves, the wiring can be changed to where this particular tiny Christmas tree light can link up with several strings of lights and they become a single unit of light on a single Christmas tree.  However, the DNA can be programmed in such a way where all of the lights stay on at the same time.  They can be programmed all to be the same color.  They can be programmed to be of different colored lights.  They can be programmed to flash independently of each other.  So here we have pictured a family grouping and then an extension to interactive community groupings.  The wiring can then be configured to use Christmas lights to decorate entire communities in a great manner of configuration and be made interactive.  Now you have an oversoul of community interactiveness.

This type of soul interacts with individualized souls and it also interacts with the Deva of the community.  This Deva interacts with fairies and other angelic beings.  And this is the way souls form.  It's a difficult concept for many humans to understand.  There is individualized soul growth, family and community, and you plug in via your DNA encodements so that you can be interactive and learn and gain information in a relationship type of setting.  There are those souls who are far beyond the need of individualization growth.  In a sense, "they've arrived."  And these souls link up on national levels for what is the good of the Nation that they belong to.  From this point, they evolve through linking up with like-lighted souls who are also interested in the bigger picture pertaining to the good of the whole of the Nation.  And these are beings that can be oftentimes very patriotic.  They are also, because they are so focused on their own nation, they make mistakes in relationship with what is good for the entire planet.  Through trial and error, these national souls find a need within their consciousness to link up with the soul consciousness of other countries to work out what is best for all of these countries.  And so you find a soul consciousness of a powerful oversoul configuration that you might call the Allied Forces.  During the 1940s the soul of the Allied Forces was crying out for cosmic help through their prayers and we of the Galactic Federation heard that cry and threw our weight behind those Allied Forces to bring stability that would not destroy humanity itself.  And down through time some of these souls have raised in consciousness to the level of thinking in terms of what is good and what should be done in lifting up and nurturing the undeveloped countries of Planet Earth.  But the Allied Forces' soul has gained such strength and such power that this cluster of individualized souls with a global perspective sometimes has difficulty being heard.  Electrically speaking, they "short out."  But as more and more souls raise in consciousness, they will begin to cluster and they will begin to gain strength in numbers.  This is the reason why we draw analogies to the Seth Material and the concept of Oversoul 7.

Another way to convey the idea of how souls link and grow would be in your business field in what some would call the pyramid effect as a way of gaining in strength and power.  There are several different types of businesses around the world that use the technique of setting up a single individual in a business where the individual makes a profit makes a profit and the one who did the setting up also receives a cut.  As others join and are set up, you create this pyramid effect or chain reaction of each individual receiving a profit.  But the ones at the top receive a cut of everyone below and receive great profits.  It is the way in which souls link up that they grow and develop in consciousness.  What people don't understand is that souls themselves are not necessarily eternal beings.  Spirit is eternal.  Spirit takes on soul.  If in the estimation of the creative spirit, the souls have wandered too far astray, the existence of a soul can be terminated, much in the way that light bulbs burn out.  The energy is the constant, the energy being spirit.  The light bulb can be likened unto a soul.  It is within the framework of soul that the DNA motherboard of information is configured.  But it is spirit who orders the configuration.

You have heard much talk about the light-body and also the process of ascension.  In essence, we have been discussing the process of ascension this morning.  Now we will discuss a little bit about how it affects the light body.  You have your third dimension physical body or vehicle that your soul and your soul grouping uses for you in your personality consciousness to get around in.  Now your soul and your soul grouping sent you in with a particular agenda.  The agenda is the bigger picture, and the agenda is what is often missed by many people.  We are not saying that the agenda is not accomplished; what we are saying is that it is accomplished unbeknownst to the 3rd dimensional personality with its consciousness.  Oftentimes, from the soul's and soul group's point of view, it is your random acts of kindness that determines your growth.  For others, it is setting forth new paradigms for community interactiveness.  For another, it is the experiences of life, the way they are overcome, and the way the overcoming information is shared with other souls who may still be stuck in trying to understand the way to overcome.  Many times the personality will do its own thing on the side—what some of you might call a 'side bar.'  You may have what you call an illegitimate child (in reality there is no such thing) and 3rd dimensionally it may cause many problems. It is only when the personality develops many of these sidebars that the soul can no longer function.  If the physicality is still in very young years and has many sidebars, the soul will allow it to stay live, hoping that issues will become resolved to the point that the physical vehicle can be used.  But then a great deal depends upon the maturity and evolvement of the soul itself.  Now in this there are also what you call 'grounding wires.'  This is a device that is somewhat different than the DNA motherboard itself.  We find that many souls who have incarnated upon Planet Earth over long periods of time become grounded and functional and are able to maneuver through the many levels of difficulty upon Planet Earth reasonably well.  The problem at this particular time on Earth is that there are energetic beings using physical forms who have not been upon the planet previously.  They are not well grounded.  They may in their native homes in the galaxy have been considered valiant light-beings and incarnate into acceptable families, but do not have clear understanding in the ways that humans interact, nor do they understand the rationale of  some of the patterns of very dense thinking that is prevalent upon this planet.  Many of them have very difficult times.

Now, the Indigo Children are a group of soul formation.  They come from a human's experience background down through time upon Planet Earth.  But in their individualization evolved in a specialized way.  All of the souls belonging to this particular group have a common denominator that has pulled them together.  They all have the capacity to love their fellow man.  These are souls who have been present down through the history of humanity during the times of the plagues.  They would give of themselves without any fear of contacting the disease of their fellow.  Sometimes they sacrificed their lives but they would come back again and do the same thing selflessly.  This time, perhaps they would become ill and perhaps survive, and perhaps have polio and be crippled, but yet alive.  Perhaps they would become bitter in that life or perhaps, confined to a wheelchair, they would write uplifting books.  Either way, they would reincarnate again and they would come at a time perhaps of the bubonic plagues and they would assist and this time they would not become ill.  And down through time they would do this over and over and over again, until within their cellular structure, their motherboard would become so insulated that they would not be affected.  And in their grouping of Indigo Children, there is a highly specialized group called the "HIV Babies."  This particular group may or may not be psychically gifted to the degree as the Indigos in generally, but they are literally immune to everything upon this planet.  They are a group of volunteer souls who, in adult years, will be offering their blood as an inoculation process for those who have other illnesses.  They are like a volunteer study group.  A time will come when there will be a form of cellular extraction of a particular gene that is unique—it cannot be destroyed, not by any known bacteria.  Now, this particular gene—they will find a way to cluster them into a unit of several of these particular genes—and through radionics will find an extraordinarily high vibrational level.  And as they test this cluster group, they will find that it will respond to vibrations of love and do a linkage and at the same time will transmute negative vibrations, or lift them up into higher vibration.  This in turn is going to convey a message to humanity that will begin to teach the ways of brotherhood, or the essences of love, extended to even those different.  The way of love is to enter your brother's world fearlessly with no particular agenda to change him, but you accept him as he is, whether he be very ill, or one of a tribe of people very different from your own.  So it will become a pattern of thought to teach people in the schools and in the churches that, while your belief system is fine, so is the belief system of your next-door neighbor or fellow countryman; so ways of unity through diversity will become a mantra to the peoples of the world.

Another interesting thing about raising your vibrations through the vibrations of love, which in reality means tolerating a different opinion or thought, is that the very cellular structure of the physical form which is not the same as DNA structuring of the light body (each has their own motherboard), but when the 3rd dimensional body is elevated enough, it can plug into or conjoin with the light body motherboard.  Now, there is a process in this that is gradual.  But as this process is ongoing and through this process you will find that you are able to eat less.  Those who are light-beings, totally void of physicality, do not have the requirement of eating, nor do they need to sleep in the normal sense of the pattern of sleep.  So you find light-workers who become ill, who go to conventional doctors and have more difficulties than they began with.  What every light-worker must learn to do is to submit to inner authority as to their health and nutrition, and stop taking things just because another light-worker says it works for them.  What is good for one is not necessarily good for all.  A light-body is highly individualized.  The configurations are totally different as to interactions with other light-workers than what 3rd dimensional bodies consider the norm.

For instance, Kay once said that she ate a full course Mexican dinner before every chemotherapy treatment.  The Mexican food itself had nothing to do with whether she threw up or not.  Kay refused to go on a special diet in order to not throw up to prove to herself that she was powerful enough to control the chemo-therapy, she chose the most difficult menu that she could think of—hot and spicy—the most opposite thing to a baby food diet that she could come up with, just to prove that she could do it and to teach her personal oncologist a different pattern of thought.  Now this oncologist is currently the head of the teaching facility at a premier school of medicine in the United States.  He has shifted from medical or doctor authority to patient responsibility in teaching his group of interns.  And this is how souls are linked on to another and how souls develop and grow and add new information to benefit humanity.  Dr. Ross, Kay's physician, had a pact with Kay that they would do this work together to make a medical community statement with Kay as the Guinea Pig and Dr. Ross as the physician who would help her make the statement.  And the statement is simply that the patient must assume responsibility for his or her own well-being.  Now, since Kay was diagnosed as being terminally ill, the medical community decided to pull out all the stops and administer the most powerful chemotherapy drugs known at that time.  Kay knew this and it was important to her to give clear illustrations of what individuals can do.  Had she chosen as a food item of control apple pie, the statement would have been missed.  In taking these powerful drugs, you lose your hair, so she asked for help from an Eagle Scout to show her how to tie a sailor knot that holds no matter how hard you tug on it.  In visualization, she tied sailor knots in the roots of every hair on her head and she sent the cells of her body, which she called her soldiers, up into her skull to carry out the command, "Tie sailor knots in the root of every hair on the head."  She also has the ability to shape-shift and since she had been told, "Don't perm your hair," she of course did the opposite.  And in doing that, she also changed the color of her hair to jet black and then decided also to make it naturally curly, all for the purpose of teaching her doctor.  So her hair grew way down below her shoulders, turned jet black and naturally curly.  One day, while sitting on the examining table, Dr. Ross says to her, "Time to unmask!"  He reaches up and with both hands, fingers spread, grabs hold of the hair on either side of her head, and tries to yank off the wig--except there was no wig.  Kay hollers, brings Patty nurse in on the run to find the good doctor with a stunned look on his face, and Kay is cracking up realizing what has happened.  And Patty nurse is totally confounded.  She's used to doctor-patient interaction, but not this kind.  You see, he'd already told Patty nurse what he was going to do—yank the wig off.  He thought that Kay was not dealing with the loss of hair; she had never admitted to losing hair; she had always insisted that the hair was hers.  So the good doctor decided it was time to get real.  But it was the good doctor and nurse Patty who had to get real.  Kay was already quite real.  And all down through time the good doctor and Kay have remained friends.  He would take her into his teaching classes and allow her to speak with the interns about her attitudes and her visualizations and the ways in which she would take a concept and process it internally.  "Ye shall eat the poisons of the Earth (that is to say, Ye can take the chemo-therapy of the Earth) and ye shall not be harmed."

What we are talking about here is the functioning of a light-body in physical form.  Light-bodies are not burned by fire.  So Kay is able to lift the hot canning jars out of the pressure cooker with her bare hands.  If a trash barrel is too heavy for her and Wayne is not available, she will levitate it into the dumpster.  This is all a part of light-body technology.  We would point out here that there is indeed such a thing as a dark body and they can do some of these same things.  So here we say, "By their fruits you can tell the difference."  If you have one who calls themselves a light-worker, and they may be doing all manners of healing work with successes, yet I will tell you if they have problems agreeing with a brother who has a different opinion, if they have the need to show their brother where his thinking is wrong, they do not yet have a light-body and are still subject to the boomerang effect of negative reactions.   This is the reason you are told, "Judge not."  For until you have a light-body, you don't know how to judge.  But when you do have a light-body, you no longer have a need to judge.  I would also add that the light-worker in this illustration will learn from her contact with the one whom she is judging as having wrong thinking.  This is the way group interaction works.  Wherein she may think she is the teacher teaching an unevolved person, in reality the unevolved one is at the highest level of his particular potential and therefore has become qualified to teach her, for it is she who needs to step up higher to the level of going beyond the personal need to be correct, to be the one who is right.

Here again, many religions of the world set forth the idea of agreeing quickly with your adversary, or if that's not possible, to shake the dust off your heals and walk away.  It is imperative that all light-workers illustrate this concept.  You do this by finding a single thing that you can agree with or something that you can compliment in your adversary.  If you have not evolved to the point where you are able to do this, then walk away.  You do not engage your adversary to the point of confrontation.  In doing so, you have defeated your personal light.  These particular light-worker types are oftentimes expressions in this timeframe of the attitude of the type of energy that you might call that of the conquistadors:  agree with us or you're a goner.  The reactions and interplay today of light-workers at least, is not this dire, yet they have a need to a degree of being right.  In the Mideast situation, it is still, "I am right; you are wrong."  You hit me and I hit you, and on and on it goes.  The same situation is in Ireland between Protestants and Catholics.  In the United States the people are told, "Obey or pay the consequences."  And so often there are loopholes in the laws that can be manipulated.  As you learn this lesson of agreeing quickly with your adversary or simply walking away, you learn a valuable lesson that will enhance your light-body to the point where it is permeated with love and goodwill and you then enhance your immune system so that in your healing work, the likelihood of a boomerang energetic reaction is minimized.  Later, as you become totally light-body, you are immune to all negativity and any negativity that you take upon yourself is by choice.  And here we do not mean confrontation with an opponent.  Here we mean those who agree to take upon an illness in order to overcome or illustrate, or to be raped in order to illustrate the ways of emotional overcoming.  There are many other issues that they might take on, but their hallmark characteristic is that they don't hit back; they break the chain reaction of hit and hit back. There are beings upon the Earth right now that, if they were shot, the bullet would go straight through the body with no damage of any kind.  Of such a body it would be said that the bullet missed entirely.  But this is not the case with some of the light-workers.  Light-workers know how to work the light.  They know the meaning of the word, 'oneness.'  They know that they are on a master level and the one with a different idea than theirs may still be in elementary school and no worthy teacher is ever confrontational with one of their students.  They never ever demean their students; they are never confrontational with their students; they always know what their student is ready to receive and if the student is not responding, then they are not ready and the teacher knows to step down the information that is being offered.  Love truly is all there is.

Wayne: Between March and May of 2000, some amazing events were associated with the historical-archaeological site at Silbury Hill in England.  Witnesses report seeing a classic UFO and a variety of lights prior to the historic shaft through the center of the hill "caving in"  (http://www.cropcircleconnector.com/Bert/bert2001a.html).  Can you tell us what is the significance of these events? Crop circles are coded messages that serve as information to two groups of beings.  There are certain groups upon the planet who have the ability to translate and interpret the meanings and symbologies.  Also, the second group are those beings who are in crafts above the planet Earth looking down, who can use these crop circles and interpret them as to the sequence of events upon Planet Earth, somewhat like a status-of-events reading.  Crop circles give these beings many different types of information: information pertaining to the sun cruisers and the activities there; information pertaining specifically to energetic grid systems within the Earth herself; information as to how these energy systems interface with energy systems within the galactic federation and cosmic linkages as well; and information is given as to what the next steps are to be.  This is essentially the purpose of the crop circles themselves. Silbury Hill is a vortex shaft type of energy.  By that we mean it's a beam-type energy, like a spotlight.  Therefore, it can be used as a homing device somewhat like aircraft zeroing in on a large aircraft carrier in the ocean.  Beneath the mound itself are all manners of time-capsule types of information, except that it was put there by galactic beings for future referencing.  The equipment is in process of being reactivated and the equipment of course is multi-functional.  We have spoken previously of such a place at the South Pole, and at that time we stated that many other such places would be found, and soon.  We've also stated many times that we of the galactic federation are in direct alignment with the cosmic federation and conjointly we have the upper hand.  We are capable of doing overrides where those of the lesser energies are concerned.

So, we have an interesting event at Silbury Hill.  Most of you would know what we mean by a "boomerang effect."  Some of your Kahuna priests, who would send forth an energy to another being, learned the hard way that the other being could deflect that energy back to the sender.  And this is what in part has happened at Silbury Hill.  Brookhaven and HAARP at the North Pole have direct connection links, one to the other, and also links to European facilities as well as many other facilities in Australia and China, and when they send enough of this energy out it will then interact with certain of the energetic grid systems within the Earth herself that are in process of being reactivated.  We of the galactic forces monitor and track all of these frequencies on our monitoring screens and know ahead of time exactly where these energies are going to meet and what likely could happen.  And so we do a boomerang effect and send that energy and redirect it in specific ways to our advantage—our advantage to find ways to release hidden information to the peoples of the world.  And the more that Brookhaven and HAARP activate themselves, the more information is released.

Now also (and this has nothing to do with Silbury Hill but it is interesting for you to be aware of) the governments of the world are playing with the weather and also with creating earthquakes.  But we also regulate and control these things as well.  And so as they set off mechanisms to create earthquakes, we redirect that energy in specific ways to accomplish particular things.  The energy of the quakes have been able to crack open great subterranean plates that have allowed subterranean rivers, oceans and lakes to begin to surface.  And what your scientists are finding (and Wayne has this awareness himself) is that the water tables are rising in many places.  And it is the subterranean water that is rising.  And this water will have life-giving properties.  This is the water of ancient Lemuria, Atlantis, and Pangaea that has been held within the Earth and purified over centuries of time.  This water will assist in the reactivation of human DNA because it will contain trace elements, trace minerals, and trace components that will play upon cellular structure.  And the chakra systems will open to a basic configuration of a 13-chakra system instead of the basic 7 as given by our friend D.K.  There are many more of these mounds yet to be opened.  The American Southwest is full of them.

I would add here that the orange light is indeed a spacecraft probe taking readings on the fields of energy and the level of reactivation.   The plate over the hole will in no way stop the energy emissions.  But what you must understand is that the world governments themselves have triggered this event.  We say it this way to you because you have a scripture saying that says, "All things work together for good for them that believe."  So we ask you one more time, don't put so much fear or anxiety into either Brookhaven or HAARP, for while it may cause confusion on your stock market, it is also releasing new information to the masses of people of the world.  And as the Internet is so active and so big that it cannot be stopped, the activity of the releasement of new information to the peoples has become so active that it can no longer be stopped either.  And the governments of the world, who are experimenting, unbeknownst to them, are actually assisting in the releasement of the hidden information.  After all, their name of the game is 'full disclosure' and we are holding them to that agreement.
