| History of kennel Swedhouse |
| The kennel name Swedhouse was granted in the year 1988. The first great dane took over our house as early as 1973 but we did not start breeding before 1984. The great dane that we started to breed with was Micca, a blue bitch, and she can still be found in the pedigree of all blue or black Swedhouse danes. In breeding we value good temperament, health and looks. Quality is the key word, not quantity. We stared with blue and black danes but today we have all colors. |
