My opening philosophy
Well, opening move is very important and
everyone can choose their own usual moves.
My philosophy is something like this.
1. Do not lose knight or bishop by mistatke.
2. Try to control the middle.
3. If you control the middle, bring knight, bishop , queen and push up to the king.
4. Often try sneak attack with knight + bishop
combo in king side for knight fork and easy caslte.
5. For white, try bishop + queen on king side.
6. Do not open pawns so that your king is vulnerable.
7. Don not lose pawns.
8. Check the king or queen when you can!
Excercises for you to solve!
white;s turn to assault a bit.......
Black's turn to punish the White
Well, I've just bought my third chess book about chess openings.
I already learned about tactics and checkmate stuff but really you also need opening techiniques, too to become a "chess master".
After reading a bit, I figured out that mines are Vienna for White and French defense for black. The names sound pretty cool for each opening and interesting too. I think Sicilian is cool and Latvian is dynamic. You have to read a book for openings, although probably you already play one of the classic styles.
