THE VAUXHALL NOVA & ITS PLACE IN 20TH CENTURY CULTURE
The Nova, for me, is a car which defined a century, along with the mini & morris
minor. Never has a car of such inestimable crappiness taken to our roads, but
it was very popular across the globe, especially (for some reason) Australia!
The saloon version (1985-1991) was utterly pathetic. The Nova was a car of our
generation, but let us shed no tears for it. Long Live the Corsa (and to a
greater extent, the Clio. Hip Hip Hooray, London to host the 2012 Olympics,
Belfast the 2014 Commonwealth Games)
Mr Huey, it is my humble opinion that your esteemed website, in particular the
excellent awards category, is fantastico! Oh yes. You see, it is so
wonderfully insane and wicked, so chic and 21st Century, that one cannot help
