AMAZING.........thats all i have to say this show was incredible!!! Pete looked hotter than eva!! His music was incredible...plus the covers (atlantic city, china girl, and dancing in the dark and panic) were great!!!
My friend and I made the red "I LOVE PY" shirts.... i know that was kinda silly but we were just showing our support wearing the only color tshirts he wears and we REALLY LOVE PETE!! The back of my shirt said i love DIRTY BIRD TOO!!
We also made a birthday card for Terry, which Waz so nicely pointed out to Terry! I tried to give it to Pete all nite cuz Terry was too far away....but i don't think he saw it!!! But HAPPY BIRTHDAY TERRY, i really hope it was the best one since the card did make you smile!!! and im so glad u read it while playing....multi talented Terry is!!!
I was so excited all week for this show, and we left like 4 hours early for the show to meet Pete b.c. he's down wit meeting the fans and all!! But we got totally lost and we got there like an hour early, and we missed our chance to meet Pete!!
This show has to be one of the best show i have eva been to, even tho my friend almost passed out (during PETE) and even tho Waz and Terry had a lil bit of "technical" trouble!!! IT WAS AMAZING.........PETE WAS FANTASTIC............DIRTY BIRD WAS AWESOME!!!
But i got the chance to meet both loves of my life (pete n terry) at tower on sunday!!!
First of all Pete is soo hot.....i ran over to him when he walked in and i was totally in awe that he was right there... even tho the nite before he was right in front of me too.....but i said hey and he pushed his hair out of his face and said hey back.... at that point i was psyched and then i saw Terry..... i was like hey terry he said hey and then i yelled i made you the birthday card and he was like that was soo sweet of you thanks........ok at this point im shaking im sooo excited i can't wait to see pete and terry play (this was my third time seeing them, second that weekend)...........ok sooo pete and terry play a short but amazing set..... and pete even added some humor to june!!!........I was near the beginning of the long line to meet pete.......wearing my red i love py shirt, that terry got a kick out of......i had added to my shirt when i got home the nite before PETE ROCKS and YEA DIRTY BIRD........when i got in sight of pete and terry.... Terry said "there she is" and Pete was like "who" and he looked at me and smiled then finishing signing some autographs so i turned around to show the YEA DIRTY BIRD to Terry.......... he loved it........he made me show it off to Pete and i think he liked my shirt too....i told em i loved him........and thats all that would come out....i had pete sign my ticket and album cover (he drew a chicken face on it)........ and he was only supposed to sign one thing and no more pictures but he was all up for a picture with me and TERRY!!! WHICH TURNED OUT FANTASTIC....terry looks a lil silly but thats alright....
They were so nice and Pete kept looking over at me and smiling and i just had no word he left me speechless and thats probably the first time thats ever happened..... and it prob happened b.c. i adore him and i look up to him and im learning how to play the guitar b.c. ive been inspired by Pete and the dirty bird boys............THANKS FOR 2 GREAT SHOWS...........and thanks for being sooo sweet!!!
