A lot of people will go out of there way to make sure the outside of their house looks as scary and dressed up as possible for Halloween, but they sometimes don't think about doing the inside of their homes unless they are having people over for a get together or party.
Below are some ideas that are cheap but effective ways to put the extra touch on the inside of your home for Halloween.

First thing to do is go to a cloth store and buy a lot of cheap black cloth. Take the cloth home and start covering almost every piece of furniture in the house. Make sure to get all the paintings and pictures on the walls, and don't forget the mirrors. This will make your home look like an old house that has been abandoned...

Next you will want to get a lot of spider webs (You can find those in alomst any store this time of year). Now cover as much of your house that you can stand in spider webs. To make them look really good, really strech them out so they don't look too thick. Be sure to hang some over your pictures and paintings that you have covered with black cloth...

Next go out to some second hand stores or candle shops and pick up a few black candle stick holders, (Candle albras work really well too). Then, if you are already at the candle store pick up some white wax dripping candles. If you are not sure which candles are made to drip, just ask the sales person and they will know which ones you are talking about.  Now you will also want to pick up some white taper candles that don't drip, so get one candle for every black candle holder you have already picked up...

Now go home with your candle holders and dripping candle sticks and get out some news paper to put your candle holders on. Place the dripping wax candles in the candle holders and light them up. You may want to help the wax to spread over the candle holders to get them good and covered, so use one candle to drip in spots that need a little extra, but becareful not to burn yourself. After you are done making a wax mess, place the dripless tapers into the candle holders and place around the house. If you are going to burn the candles on Halloween make sure wherever you place the candles at, there are no spider webs hanging down. They are flammable.
Now your house should have a nice classic horror movie look to it.
