HOMELESS
Where is my home
I've lost my way
I lost you
I am homeless

If home is where the heart is
my home is in pieces
scattered
   smattered
         splattered

My home and my heart
are the landscape
for your cold indifference
your dismissal

It angers me that
your home is intact
Your comfort is my pain
How dare you be okay

But no need to weep for me
Not that you would
For I would rather be
homeless than heartless
