WHAT EVOLUTION ?
Men
Hunters are they
Stalking their prey
They boast and compete
and proudly display their finds
They fight amongst themselves
Fierce competitors

Women
Softer, but not weak
Less likely to compete
Making a comfort zone
Keeping peace and order at home
The heart of the family unit
The fragrance of the field

Look at who we are
We have come so far
from Neanderthal to now
But truly, just how different are we
from the ancient ancestors we know
of so long ago
Ah, the irony

Over time
As discoveries did unfold
Fire, the wheel,
The mass production mold
It is the face of our world that looks new
But the visage of man
between today and back then
is very nearly identical
The changes imperceptible
Our changes merely reflect
the differences in the world
we now inhabit

Men
Seeking women
Hunters are they
Stalking their prey
They boast and compete
and proudly display their finds
They fight amongst themselves
Fierce competitors

Their age old lines
Haven't changed much over time
Sadly unoriginal, lacking subtlety
Their approach makes me weary
I see no evidence that man has evolved
So much for Darwin's theory
