Somos alumnos de Jardin de Ninyos en la Escuela Hawaiian.  Somos 20 alumnos. Somos 8 alumnos y 12 alumnas.  Tenemos 5 anyos. Nuestra maestra se llama Ms. Valencia.  El ultimo dia de octubre celebramos "Halloween."  Nostros vamos a disfrazarnos con mascaras y pedimos dulces y decimos "trick or treat" en ingles.

English translation of Miss Valencia's message

We are Kindergarten students at Hawaiian School. There are 20 students in our class, 8 boys and 12 girls. We are 5 years old. Our teacher is Ms. Valencia. On the last day of October we celebrate "Halloween." We are going to wear costumes with masks and will say "trick or treat" in English to ask for candy.

Queridos amigos,

Quisieramos ser sus amigos de Kindergarden de la Escuela Hawaiian Elementary. Nuestra maestra se llama Ms. Leal.  En nuestra clase hay 12 ninyos y 7 ninyas. Hemos estado en clase 33 dias.  Hoy estudiamos sobre las calabazas. Contamos las semillas, las pesamos, las medimos, y las dibujamos.  Eric tuvo la calabaza mas grande y habia muchas calabazas chiquitas.

En nuestra clase 6 prefieren M&M's

Dear friends,

We (the Kindergarten class at Hawaiian Elementary School) would like to be your friends. Our teacher is names Ms. Leal. In our class there are 12 boys and 7 girls. We have been in school 33 days. Today we are studying pumpkins. We counted the seeds, weighed them, measured them, and drew pictures of them. Eric had the biggest pumpkin and it had many small seeds.
