November 23, 1998 -- Alright, BAD web-mistress, BAD web-mistress!! Has it really been since the end of September since I've updated my home? Well it was worth it. I've added a new room to my home for my Photo Album. I found a terrific set for the page at Moyra's Web Jewels that reminded me of my sister Lisa. Not to mention, of course, that the set is an absolute "Gem"! We've moved into our new apartment. It's so nice! Cotton found the fireplace the first night, and I awoke with a new kitty in my bed, a BLACK kitty! (note... for those that haven't really paid attention to the rest of this page... Cotton is WHITE). He had ventured in there two more times and has gotten the same "bathe 'em quick" bath after. I think a few more of these rough baths and he'll quickly loose interest in what's in the fireplace! ;o) For those of you that just can't get enough of me, *g* I have decided to put the address of my first website here for your viewing pleasure. September 30, 1998 -- Ok, ok, things have been crazy. I've started up ANOTHER web page for my kitty Cotton-Eyed-Joe in Geocities, and Eric wants me to start one for him also! WHEW! Even Superwoman doesn't have it THIS hard! I've decided to maybe take a different turn with my webpage. I had originally decided to make it a "Japanese Culture" page, but it seems not to be happening, and turning more into a page more about me. I'm not too sure where I'll move it to, but I'll have a link on this address to the new address. I haven't gotten any pictures scanned as of yet. I had some great shots from Eric's IDPA match, but he had to go show them off at the office, and they're no where to be seen. *sigh* Our "move" date is being pushed back to November 7th, so it looks like I'll be here another month or so. I'll be anxious to get into the new place. Eric is getting a wrist band for Garth Brooks tickets tonite. I'm hoping we get a decent place in line. I'm sure by the time I update this again, I'll have full details of the concert!
August 21, 1998 -- Things have been going great! Eric and I went looking at diamonds the other day! :o) Sorry, I just had to put that first! Last weekend we went to DCI World Championships. It was amazing! I took too many photos, and as soon as I get around to getting the stack I have here scanned, I'll post them! I found a great country dance club here in Orlando. It's the world famous Wild Horse Saloon. It's pretty much full of tourists, but there are some locals that hang out there. That's about all that's happening now. More later!
August 5, 1998 -- Alright, so I've finally figured out what this company I'm working for does. They build "themed environments". They've done rockwork inside tanks at Sea World and other aquariums, artifical trees and rocks, and other specialty construction. It's definately not a boring field of work. I finished my jukebox on my menu bar tonite. It's in JavaScript, but I think I'm going to change it to Crecendo. I'm not sure yet. Eric and I are still doing wonderfully! I'm going home this weekend to visit Mom, and I'm going to miss him terribly for the 2 days that I'm gone! Absence makes the heart only grow fonder!
July 22, 1998 -- Here I am, in Orlando! I drove up here last week and interviewed for a job with a construction company called The Larson Company. They are doing work right now in Disney World! They offered me the job and I should be starting in a few more days. Until then, I'm unpacking all my boxes, chatting on the net and working on my homepage, let's face it, it needs it!
June 30, 1998 -- 17 more days till the big move! I'm getting boxes today and I'm going to start packing up tonite. Here is a picture of my current apartment. It's small, but nice. Eric and I have already picked out our new home. Dover Village in Orlando. I'm so excited, it has a fireplace! Right now I'm working at Indian River Select. I haven't gotten a job yet in Orlando, *trying to keep from biting my nails* but I'm being optimistic! :o)
