I had D.J., my other boston, for 6yrs. and she developed kidney disease and I had over $2,000 in her medical bills the last13 mos. of her life. But I would do it all over again. She was the most precious do in the world. Nothing will ever replace her! She died on Oct.10,1996 and I still miss her every day even though my mom gave me Buster on Christmas 1996 and I love him very much also, but he is'nt my little D.J.. Comments: I am very sorry to read about Ollie. My first Boston, Heidi, developed the same condition when she was 12 years old. Heidi lived to be 13. It took me two years to pay off the credit card bills from medications and EKG's. It was worth it! I remember t e difficult-breathing episodes very well. I was VERY attached to Heidi. She was with me through some very long years in deep depression and sometimes was my only joy. It took me 4 months to decide to get another Boston, but I am SO glad I did. Mayzie s now 3 and is another JOY in my life. I will pray for Ollie now that I know about her.
