Here's how to nominate your site to be the next featured site:

Send me an e-mail telling me the URL of your web site, your e-mail address (this will not be published on the web site; I need this information to send you a notification if your site is selected), the name of your site, what your site is about, and if you have a banner, graphic, etc. that I can use to link to your site, where I can find it at.

Requirements:

Your web site must be child-friendly and be about any type of animal. You do not need to have a graphic-link for your site. If you don't have one, please specify this so I can create one for you. Please look at the rest of my site before applying. I worked hard on my site, so please look at it! Your site cannot be a breeding page. Your site also cannot just be a page of links; you can have links on your page though. Last, your site must be updated often and may not have "under construction" signs because a good site is ALWAYS under construction. There is no longer a minimum number of sites that must be entered for a winner to be chosen; however, if I only receive one site submission, it will not automatically be the winner. (It has to be a good site.)

Here's what happens if your site is selected:

If your site is selected, a link to your site will be put on the web page for a minimum of one week. If I don't get more nominations etc., your site will be up for more than a week. Also, I will e-mail you the award which appears at the top of this page (thanks to Gizmo and her mom for creating that!). The award, however, will not say "Sample" on it. I will also add your site to this page so that others may view it even after your banner is gone from this site.

If your site doesn't win:

If your site doesn't win the contest, I'll be sure to tell you why I didn't pick it. I have to like the site too though, so even if it has great content and other people LOVE it, if I don't like it, SORRY!

When I pick the site:

I will usually select the site every Saturday. If you don't receive an e-mail from me saying you've won, please don't submit again! If you don't receive an e-mail from me within a week saying I have at least received your application, please e-mail me. I might not have received your application!
