My Tamiya TA02 FF FWD R/C Racer...
Tamiya TA02 FF FWD chassis.  Included are many parts from Kose and others.  Like the alloy front hub carriers and alloy steering parts.  Also, the adjustable camber links, which, if you aren't real careful, you can adjust the car right out of contention...and really make your tires wear...
Here is my Tamiya TA02 FF FWD.  That HPI Stratus body sure looks good...  With a nod to the Shelby Dodge folks...
In the rear of the FF, if you look at the hub carriers, you'll see...no dogbones...  I am currently running a lot of negative camber.  On the hot asphalt we run on here in the desert, this works well.

The previous owner added the screen material to the front and opened the motor cooling slots up a lot to help cool the motor.  I run a Trinity P2K Pro still.
This car is a blast to drive.  It does have a few bad handling characteristics though.  Just like a real FWD car, it has lots of understeer.  Negative camber can fix that to a point.  But then you reach a point where the contact patch is not enough to keep traction through the corners...  I intend to add swaybars and torque rods to limit chassis sway and to limit movement of the upper part of the hub carriers.  Movement in the carrier can alter camber during hard cornering on throttle...
I bought this car from a friend here in town.  He added the majority of the performance parts.  I have played with the gearing, and am fairly comfortable with the current setup.  However, the AWD cars do have a higher top end than I have.  I'm currently using a Trinity P2K Pro Stock motor.  A lot of the racers here liked the P2k, except for the soft copper on the brush hoods...but the motors spin faster than some other stock type motors.  So gearing and speed are more flexible.  I've run a Trinity Monsters of Touring  17 turn Mod motor in this car too.  Lots of wheelspin...and plentiful speed once traction is gained.  Other stuff includes, Novak Explorer ESC, Airtronics Rival Sport radio and Airtronics receiver.  Also, the Airtronics 94102 servo steers the car well.  Just, don't try this servo in an offroad truck...  So...there it is...  My Tamiya TA02 FF, FWD Radio Control Racer...
How about some of my favorite R/C links?
