The Free Rangers are one of the many militia units of the Kingdom of Pembrokeshire.

Made up mostly of woodsmen the Ranger specialize in behind the lines operations, raiding supply and baggage trains and knocking off the odd enemy hamlet or village.

Although the unit was just recently formed it already has a distinguished battle history.

The only requirement to join the Rangers is you must be skilled in the use of the English longbow.

The Rangers meet with their locale Lieutenants to train at least once a month.

The Rangers consist of 3 to 5 platoons of anywhere between 20 to 40 men each commanded by a Lieutenant and one Sergeant the company is commanded by a Captain.

All Officers and Sergeants are elected by the company themselves every two years.
