The city's name means "City of Roses" and has been built as a tribute to Queen Catherine.
The newly built, still growing city is just outside of the Keep's gate and just south of Pembroke.
All the Royal offices involved with the running of Pembrokeshire are located within its high walls as well as new homesteads for relocated citizens of the Kingdom that are in need of such.
Other lands with ties to Pembrokeshire have their own embassies within Rhosynsir as a sign of alliance and trust between the Kingdom and its friends.
