I've been a native of Spokane, WA for all my 25 years. My mom met my dad here which dispels the stereotypical belief that all Asian women met their American husbands overseas. After they were married in Dec. 1973, I happened to pop up on the scene a little more than one year later. We've only moved twice. The last time was about 20 years ago and we've been living in the same house ever since.
On my educational background I attended Ridgeview Elementary school from kindergarten to 3rd grade. Then I moved to St. Charles and stayed there until I graduated from the 8th grade there. From there I attended Shadle Park High School (home of the Highlanders) and survived with my wits intact. While there I was in cross country, soccer, and High-5. I didn't do any sports in my senior year so I could concentrate on my studies.
I then went on to attend Washington State University and joined the Air Force ROTC while down there. Unfortunately I was only there for one semester and then transferred to Eastern Washington University where I've been since. I left after a very poor academic performance and due to that the family decided to take me out and make me transfer. I should've stood my ground just a little bit more and I just might've stayed. Crap, I really enjoyed being in ROTC too. Well, can't win 'em all.
I was majoring in Computer Information Systems back at Eastern Washington University until "burn-out" forced me to get out of school for awhile. This is where I made my decision to join the Air Force. But I will be finishing up my degree once I get the chance at it. With some luck it should be soon! For interests I enjoy biking, running when I get the chance, watching anime, playing computer and video games, reading (sometimes too much), camping, shooting pool, playing darts, and a host of other things that are too numerous to name. I just hopes this satisfies your curiosity about the goof who created this site!
New Update: Since joining the Air Force back in July of 1998, I've been on the go everywhere since. I finished tech school at Sheppard AFB, TX for Tactical Fighter Maintenance on F-16s in July of 1999 and then completed the second half of my training at Luke AFB, AZ where I learned on the job skills on an active flightline. After finishing up at Luke AFB in August 1999, I was able to go home for some time off before going to my current duty assignment, Cannon AFB, NM. I'm with the 524th Fighter Squadron, The Hounds of Heaven which is a part of the 27th Fighter Wing. Currently I'm in the process of finishing up some requirements in my job before I can finally make an attempt at finishing up my college degree. As for where I'll be stationed next it's hard to tell at this time!!
