19. HOW TO MAKE YEMA


Ingredients:

Condensed milk  4 cans
Peanuts  200 gms.
Egg yolk  2 pcs
Vanilla   1 tbsp

Procedure:
1. Roast peanuts the cool.
2. Remove seed coad by rubbing the kernels against each other. Winnow to separate the seed coat from the kernels.
3. Cook the condensed milk until light brown, then add peanuts and egg yolk.
4. When almost thickens, add vanilla.
5. Let it cool.
6. Wrap, pack, seal and label.

20. HOW TO MAKE CHOCOMEDLEY


Ingredients:

White chocolate 2 kgs
Brown chocolate 2 kgs
Peanuts  250 grams
Raisins   250 grams
Marshmallow  500 grams

Procedure:

1. Weigh white and brown chocolate; put in a boiler and melt separately.
2. In a molder, add peanuts, raisins and marshmallow to chocolate alternately.
3. Place in the refrigerator for about 3 minutes to harden.
4. pack in plastic, seal and label.

21. HOW TO MAKE UBE JAM


Ingredients:

Ube  20 kgs
White sugar 10 kgs
Margarine 10 blocks
Buttermilk 2 kgs

Procedure:

1. Clean and wash the ube.
2. Let it boil until well cooked.
3. Peel the ube and cut into pieces.
4. Weigh ube, buttermilk and sugar, mix then grind the mixture only once.
5. Add the butter and cook stirring constantly until it thickens.
6. Let it cool and pack.


22. HOW TO MAKE PINEAPPLE-PAPAYA JAM

Ingredients:

Pineapple  25 heads
Papaya   15 kgs
Citric acid  3 tbsp
Sugar   20 kgs

Procedure:

1. Wash and peel pineapple and papaya
2. Slice into dice
3. Weigh the pineapple, papaya, and sugar then mix them all together in a ratio of 1part fruit to 1part sugar.
4. Cook the mixture and add the citric acid.
5. Pack in sterilized containers, hot pack, seal and label.
