23. HOW TO MAKE CAMPUTO ( CAMOTE PUTO )

Ingredients:

4 cups mashed sweet potato
4 pcs eggs
1 ½ cup white sugar
5 cups wheat flour
3 tbsp baking powder
2-3 cups coconut milk or evaporated milk
1 tbsp vanilla
cheese

Procedure:

Simply add all together, mix well. Place in puto molder. Add cheese on top. Cook in steamer for 25 minutes. Pack and sell or serve.

24. HOW TO MAKE SAYOTE CANDY

Materyales:

Sayote
Asukal
Apog – ½ kutsarita.

Paraan ng Paggawa:

Hugasan at talupan ang sayote, alisin ang gitna at hiwain ng pahaba. Magtunaw ng ½ kutsaritang apog sa 41/2 tasang tubig at ibabad ang sayote ditto ng 3 oras. Patuluin ang sayote,  ilagay sa kumukulong tubig nang mga 5 minuto; putuluin muli. Sa bawat kilo ng sayote, maglagay ng 1/2 tasang asukal, haluing mabuti at hayaang nakababad sa asukal ng magdamag. Patiktikin. Maglagay ulit ng ¼ tasang asukal, pakuluin at ibabad ulit ditto ang sayote. Patuluin, ilagay ang sayote sa mainit na tubig. Kunin ang arnibal. Patiktikin. Maglagay ulit ng ¼ tasang asukal, pakuluin ang asukal hanggang lumapot. Ibabad ang sayote ditto ng ilang araw. Patiktikin at ilagay sa mainit na tubig ng 3 minuto. Kunin at hayaang matuyo. Palamigin at isupot sa plastic.


25. HOW TO MAKE COCONUT CANDY

Ingredients:

2 medium grated coconut
2 cups sugar
1 can condensed milk ( big )
2 tbsp vanilla

Procedure:

Caramelize sugar, add milk and coconut. Cook until thick, stir while cooking. Add vanilla. Wrap in colored cellophane any shape.

26. HOW TO MAKE PEANUT PASTILLAS

Ingredients;

1 cup chopped or ground peanuts
1 can condensed milk ( big )
1 tbsp almond extract
1 tbsp glucose

Procedure:

Mix ground peanuts with condensed milk and glucose. Cook to paste consistency. Stir in flavoring. Roll into desired pieces. Wrap individually in wax paper.

27. HOW TO MAKE MILK-CHOCO PEANUT CANDY

Ingredients:

1 large condensed milk
1 tbsp vanilla
3 tbsp butter
¼ cup chocolate powder
1 cup toasted ground peanut skinless
2/3 cup sugar

Procedure:

Caramelize sugar. Add milk and continue stirring until thick. Add vanilla and all ingredients. When it is already thick, add peanuts. Cook for 5 minutes or until dry. Wrap in colored cellophane in any shape.
