		Cheese Dip   Super easy and Deeeelicious! 1 package cream cheese, softened 1 can corned beef-  look around the Spam(not the corned beef hash) Mix well. Chill.  Serve with garden crisp crackers, Wheat Thins, Wheatables or other wheat style cracker.                                                ____________________________
	Hot Wings Da best! 1 bag frozen drummettes, thawed 1 jar Texas Pete Hotwing Sauce 1/2 stick butter Salt Pepper Oil Heat oil to 360.  Very lightly sprinkle salt and pepper on the wings, turning well.  Drop by small batches (about 6) into the hot oil.  Cook until browned and crispy.  Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat thehot sauce and butter until butter is melted.  Set aside.  Remove wings from oil, drain.  When all are done, place in a large bowl, toss with the hot sauce.  Serve with celery, bleu cheese dressing and/or ranch dressing on the side.                                            ____________________________________
