'Abara Prayogam' means procedures for conducting rites for dead persons.  After death of a person, 13 days ceremony is conducted.  These are different for different caste in Hindu religion.
This book explains in details with sanscrit manthras used to conduct for each of the 13 days.
This book is only for Andhra Brahmins.
The author, when looking out for a person on the death of a relative found  that there are only a few to conduct such ceremonies because no one knew the manthras fully. So he took pains in collecting informations for 3 years and compiled this book.
We were shocked to hear that those who have seen this book someware are tempted to steal the same if they could not get one outside
