***Jonny looks awesome here, but even better now with his new haircut!!! If you haven't seen it yet, watch David Letterman when they play re-runs....he was on the show!***
Hi! My name is Andrea, and this is my page dedicated to the most awesome athlete of the Nagano Games...JONNY MOSELEY!
If you don't know who Jonny is, he is the first athlete from the USA to medal in the 1998 Winter Olympics! He won the gold medal in the moguls with his innovative "Heli-360 Mute Grab" jump. Click here to see a picture of Jonny performing this awesome jump !
Since winning his medal, Jonny's picture has been in newspapers all over the country, Newsweek Magazine, and he appeared on David Letterman! Dave calls Jonny "Jonny Big Air Moseley." Jonny performed the jump on the show into a big pile of foam, and he was also interviewed. If you missed the show, I'm sure it will be on whenever the Letterman show has re-runs.
After completing his run in the moguls competition, Jonny is able to smile with the realization that he is the Olympic Champion.
