Inventions
(things that don't fall into any other categories of things that I have built)
This is my multi-tool.  It is a modified Craftsman multitool (inadequate as purchased, but had nice pair of full sized pliars).  I attached to it a decent folding knife, a complete set of metric alan wrenches, bike chain breaker, saw blade, and magnets.  It is still under development today.  I want to replace the knife with replaceable razor blades, and add a small pair of wire snippers.
This is snowball making machine that I built when I was about 12 years old.  It would load snow onto a converyor belt, chuck it into a compression chamber that compressed the snow in 2 dimentions, open and close certain gates around the chamber.  It had alot of moving parts.   It worked ok.  It more or less make snow bricks more than snow balls.
This is gift I made for an old girlfriend.   It consists of two candle holders on a ballance.  As the candles burn down (at different rates) the decision is made on the indicator.
This is a battery powered, solar rechargable light system I built for my burning man installation trip.   It has a 9 led light unit mounted in a sealed aluminum military army flask.   It worked quite well and I was very pleased with its performance in the crosive dust environment of Nevada.
This isn't an invention as much as problem solving.  On a reality television show I was working on,  they had problems with their CPV units overheating.   I put two muffin fans on either side and It worked great afterwards.
This is my Moma Cita Megaphone.   I gave it to my mother for Christmas so that her children would listen to her better.   My mom loved it.
This is a humorous machine I made for New Years 2005.  It is a combination resolution scroll and paper shredder.  Funny how it worked.
This is an experimental propeller propelled scooter.  It never worked.  The thrust was to low.   I built it back in college, before I found about the obscene amout of horsepower required to do work on air to make thrust.
