*This is the chain: New members are sent to the Member Editor. He or she edits and contacts the member, sending any new race information to the Race Adder. After finished with editing the member, the Member Editor sends the member's bio to the Member Adder, who adds the bio to it's own page.
The Race Adder contacts the member and edits his or her new race, and then adds it to the Race Page.
Character Jobs
Fighter: Fight, though you don’t have fight all the time for the money. Usually once per week.
Pays: $5000 a week.
Requirements: Participate in most tournaments and some revolts (if you agree with tnem).
Master Fighter: Fight, don’t have to fight all the time. At least 2 fights a week.
Pays: $8000 a week.
Requirements: Level 50 and over, participate in nearly all tournaments and most revolts (if you agree with them).
Planet/Universal Protector: Have to protect the planet from anyone who threatens the people on it.
Pays: $10000/$15000 a week; $20000/$30000 for stopped attacks on planet
Requirements: Level 80/100 and over. Planet – You have to stay on the planet all of the time. Stop revolts if they are more hurtful than helpful. Participate in all planets’ tournaments. Protect planet when necessary. Universal – Do all of above for whatever planet you are sent to.
Transporter/Escort/Importer/Exporter: Transport and Escort people around the galaxy, and have as many ships as you want. Also, all of the ships are only half price! You normally make weekly runs in importing and exporting and not much else unless someone else comes to you. We will tell you where you go.
Pays: $2500 Per Person for Transporting (or whatever you decide, can be more or less dependign on if you have training facilities), $6000 Per Person for Escorting (same as before), and $5000 a run and completion of destination.
This part of the payment is the most confusing. Your company will send you out on an import/export run and give you $5000. Once you get to your destination, you will get another $5000 and a small item bonus from most imports/exports. When you get back, they give you a week off. So, if you get back on a Wednesday, you get one week off, and then they send you on another run the Saturday of that week. Most runs will occur on Saurdays. In other words, you could get rich extremely fast...
Requirements: Must have a ship that holds just you to be an escort, must be a larger ship to be a transporter. If your ship can hold at least two people, you can make weekly runs. Escorts must fight to help all those they are escorting. (Escorting only occurs when the person is in trouble.) Escorting is the most dangerous job in this category, but is pays more than transporting. Still, the business of importing and exporting is aso very cashy.
(Note: The people have to pay you and we will take care of that. Each planet has a series of transporters and are constantly hiring.)
Referee: Someone who monitors a fight. You can participate in the fight if the fighters ask you to. If you don’t participate and you can throw a wrench into the battle when you want. You do most of the calculations and make things don’t go screwy and see that things are all legal. People must be familiar with the battle system and have a good calculator ready.
Pays: $5500 weekly, and $1000 from each fighter in a fight. When there is a tournament, you are paid $20000 from the start if you apply! Sweet!
Requirements: Must be on same planet as other fighters. Have a ready calculator or extremely good math skills.
Assassin: Someone who kills whoever their employer says too.
Pays: $1000 for each level, then a $3000 addition for if the person is important in some way. $1000 a week. Bonuses sometimes are included for things such as items, quickness of completion of a job, or whatever an employer may want to include. I will sometimes post that some outlaw is out there and police can’t catch them and that they must be caught, dead or alive, from some person somewhere with requirements. Check the Employment Board.
Requirement: Must meet your employer's requirements
(When your employer and you have worked out the deal BOTH of you hint to it on the RPG Board in some way and tell one of us)
Merchant: Sell things to people, also you get a 50% discount on almost everything you buy! (Ships and Houses are full price)
Pays: Whatever you sell has to have a price and that price is your income.
Requirements: Must be on same planet as other people or own a Space Post to sell.
Trainer: Teaches powerful abilities to others at a cost that both decide. Several trainers do work for free, but often are paid by being a member of their society.
Pays: 1) Depends on you and your trainee 2) Weekly pay is $7000
Requirements: Ability to teach; must be at the level required when teaching or above (don't bother with this if you have a low level and a bad ability).
Those are the jobs so far, so e-mail me with the job you want, and I will confirm your job request by e-mailing you back saying whether or not you got the job, and you are always paid weekly. Also e-mail me for ideas for more jobs or questions.
