Training Page

Well, this is the new training chart. All races advance at the same rate now.

The xp you need to gain a level changes depending on your level.
If you are Level 1-29: You need 1000 xp.
Level 30-59: 2000 xp
Level 60-89: 3000 xp
Level 90-129: 4000 xp
Level 130-169: 5000 xp
Level 170+: 6000 xp

It now takes experience points to gain levels, which is earned through battles and training. All factors are cumulative: they add up to each other. Different gravity levels (whether they are natural or artificial) do not add up with each other. Let's have a look at what the main factors are:

Normal gains of a day of training: 100 xp.
With a trainer: 100 xp.

*Artificial Gravity in Gravity Rooms or gravity of a planet which you can train in

Training Items and Methods cut training by certain amounts:

Weighted Clothing is now available! Get it in a shop near you!
You can wear up to 5 layers of weighted clothing, please check the items page for prices/locations/xp addition. Each layer, which may be accumulated with other layers, tacks on a different amount of experience points. There are the standard, buyable-anywhere weighted clothes, and the trainer-only ones, which you can wear at any time as long as they are given to you (check special items page for details)

As for training on planets, from x1 to x200, here’s the deal: Since the Gravity Rooms are artificial gravity, it makes them a little more stressful. However, the gravity on planets is less stressful. Yes, it is much harder for most fighters to train in gravity they are not used to, but gravity on planets is real. Anyone can train on the planets, but they have to train a little less stressfully until they can take it fully. Well, that is, until you get to a level where you can withstand the gravity. Then, it’s normal again, as you can stand the gravity.

Now, again, there is the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, where you spend a year training in a normal day and come out a lot stronger. A year in a day. It is unknown what the gravity is, but unless you really are strong enough, you will die here trying to gain strength, because once you go in, you’re stuck there for a whole year. It is suspected that the gravity is like that of the planet you were born on, but that is just a rumor.

Of course, fighting adds to experience. Here is the fighting info. Beware, you must read it carefully. It can be confusing.

Battle Experience

When battling, the fighter gains 250 xp for a competitor his/her level to any level below or 4 above. Gains 500 xp for a competitor 5 or more levels above, but lower than 10. 1000xp for 10-19, 2000xp for 20-29, 4000xp for 30-39, 8000xp for 40-49, and the xp keeps doubling for every 10 levels above (always starting on a 0 and ending on a 9). You get xp even if you die or lose. However, in the case of a loss, the loser of the battle only gains 3/4 experience. In the case of a draw, both fighters gain 3/4 experience.

When battling more than 1 enemy, you just compute it as if though they were separate battles, only you add all of the xp amounts together and multiply the total by 1 and 1/2. If you die/lose, then you still get the xp.

When you have allies and you're facing 1 enemy, then add your level and the levels of your allies. Then use the 1 on 1 formula as if you were one person. Say the levels of you and 2 allies totals 3, and the enemy is level 2. Well then, when you win, you gain total 250xp. This msut be divided between all fo the fighters, however. The person who kills/defeats the enemy gets 125xp (half the normal), and the others get 75 each. Even if there are only two of you, then you each get half regardless of who the killer/defeater is. If fused with an ally, or if you use a double attack (like double kamehameha) then you and that ally each get 1/3 of the xp, even if there are only 3 people (thus everyone gets 1/3). All xp is delivered regardless of someone dying/losing.

When facing more than 1 enemy, and you have 1 or more allies, it gets tricky. Just add you and your allies' levels. Say it comes out to 3. And then you have 2 enemies, who's levels total 2. Well, if you win, you will still only get 250 xp but it will become 375 (250 x 1.5), which will then be equally divided among the allies, whether or not they die/lose.

We realize this may be confusing, so please e-mail Andrew and Benwith any questions that you may have. Thank you were much!
