| Since 1994, Pastry Chef Kimberly Allison has been proud to offer beautiful, decadent and delicious custom made cakes in the Jackson, Mississippi area. Chef Kim specializes in Wedding and Groom’s cakes. She is a graduate of CHIC (The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago) and apprenticed for one of the top 10 Pastry Chefs in the U.S., Executive Pastry Chef Jacquy Pfeiffer. |
