| Chef Kim works in stages when it comes to designing your Wedding Cake.
• Initial Consultation: This is our first appointment where we get acquainted and discuss the centerpiece of your reception, the Wedding Cake. We will look at pictures, talk about the size of the cake, as well as the flavor. We will talk about the florist, venue, delivery times and so forth. • Cake Tasting: This is a complimentary service for all of my brides and is usually the second appointment. At this stage, we will finalize all details of the cakes. Also, a deposit to hold the date is usually paid at this time.(50% of the total balance is due to book your date) The remaining balance is due one week prior to the Wedding Day. • Final Consultation: Approximately one month prior to the wedding date. This will be a wrap up meeting to go over all details of the event. If there are any changes that need to be made, this is the time to do it! |
