Ok... this is hopefully going to work. We are keeping the bruschetta and adding the Italian Vegetables. We are upping the total number of guests to 52 so the cost per person will be $24.00 making the total of the party $1248.00 minus the balance paid of $625.00 which leave a balance due of $623.00.
