Start to create your own Dream Journal.
Look for pictures/photos from magazines that describe your dreams exactly, and then cut them out.
For intance, you see an ad on a magazine about a new car - this is exactly your dream car! And, you may find a picture of a piece of furniture you love and want to put it in your dream house. You just need to cut and paste them in your Dream Journal.
Or if you have a knack for drawing, you can draw your dream house or dream guy/girl in your Dream Journal.
Pictures of jewellery, watches, diamonds, new design
fashion... ... Put everything you want on your Journal.
Even if you cannot find suitable pictures or are not good at drawing, just use words or sentences to describe your dreams. It is better to write as detail as
your can. Don't feel guilty for being so idealistic.
This is the purpose of the Dream Journal.
Look over your unique journal time after time. One day, you will suddenly find that all of your dreams are a reality! You have your dream house, dream car, married your dream guy or girl, and are enjoying your dream life. Try it! Your dreams can go from idealistic to realistic!
