Room Rates and Payment Options
Bed and Breakfast $95-$105.00 - Full breakfast served in the formal dining room at
9:00 A.M. (available on weekends by arrangement only)
Bed and Bagel $75-$85.00 - Bagel/muffin, juice, coffee/tea provided in the guest room.
Bed and Bath $60-70.00 - Coffee and tea are provided in each guest room.
All prices are also subject to Michigan Sales tax (6%) and CVB tax (2%).
Personal Checks, (received at least 10 days in advance), money orders,
and cash are acceptable payment options (sorry, no credit cards).
A required deposit of at least 50% of quoted rate is required in order to secure all reservations. Full payment is due at Check In.
Check in and Check Out
Check In is scheduled by arrangement. Check Out is by 11am.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled at least 7 days in advance will receive a full refund,
less $10.00 administrative fee.
Reservations cancelled in fewer than seven days in advance
will receive a full refund, less $10.00 administrative fee,
ONLY IF replacement bookings can be made.
If the orginal reservation cannot be replaced, the deposit,
less $10.00 administrative fee, will become applicable to a new reservation
within the current calendar year, but cannot be refunded.
If another reservation does not occur within the current calendar year,
no refund will be given.
