MEMBERSHIP RESTRICTION

5.3   Persons may be denied registration to the PMSC if they have been identified in writing by a majority of the Executive committee to be a member not in good standing. Persons may be held out to be not in good standing by a majority of the Executive Committee if they have caused disciplinary or financial problems/burdens. A list of such persons must be maintained and held on file by the Executive. Those persons wishing to challenge this decision may do so under the same guidelines found at art 5.4 of the Constitution.

 
REVOKING MEMBERSHIP

5.4   Any Member who infringes the Constitution and By-Laws of the PMSC or brings the PMSC into disrepute may be reprimanded, suspended or expelled from the PMSC after a hearing by the PMSC Discipline Committee, which the Member may attend at the Members discretion. The individual whose membership has been revoked has the right to submit a written appeal postmarked to the SNE District President within five (5) working days from the receipt of the written decision rendered by the PMSC Discipline Committee.

 
ARTICLE VI - ADMINISTRATION/BOARD OF DIRECTORS

  6.1  The PMSC shall be governed by a Board of Directors elected annually, who shall be responsible to handle PMSC financial and administrative affairs. The Board will consist of:


          a. President;
          b. Vice President;
          c. Secretary;
          d. Treasurer;
          e.  Mini Convenor;
          f.  Youth/All-Star Convenor;
          g.  Planner
          h.  Registrar;
           i.  Fund-raising Director;
           j.  Equipment Manager;
          k.  Publicity Director;
           l.  Head Coach; and
          m. Head Referee

6.2   The Board may be appointed or elected each year at any general and or special meeting called by the Board for that purpose. All Directors assume office the day after election. At the discretion of the Board, a member may hold more than one office in the PMSC.

6.3  For continuity and efficient operation of the PMSC, the following positions will be for a two year term with positions a, d, and l, open for election on even years and positions b, g, h and i on odd years. All remaining positions of the Board will be for a one (1) year term.

NOMINATIONS

6.4 Nominations will be received from the members present at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) or by signed written correspondence received by or presented to a Board member at the AGM. The AGM will normally be held during the month of September. All candidates will give permission for their name to
