The back of the building as it was prior to the installation of its new roof. This is how it looked to passers by for decades.

Broken windows, such as those shown on the upper level, highlight one of the ongoing problems faces by both the former and present occupants. The trees have grown somewhat since this photo was taken, while the new roof colour-co-ordinates fairly well with the trees.

The power station makes an interesting backdrop to the main gates of Terrace End Cemetery. This photo is taken from Napier Road.
