Switchgear under construction in the Reyrolle factory

This photo shows our equipment before it left the Reyrolle factory in England around 1920 (according to technical drawings held by PNEPS). Both the photo and the machines themselves still, show their original order number 9975.

Reyrolle Heritage Trust is a group formed to preserve the heritage of this company, which was established in 1901. (Note that this website may no longer exist) The descendant company (at the same factory) is called VA TECH Reyrolle Ltd.)

Below is a recent photo of the same gear, albeit moved around a little from the above sequence. There have also been other machines or part machines that will have been ordered at a later time and these show other order numbers besides 9975.
