| All The Nights Waiting I knew things were not, Going as well as I wanted, I knew you were no longer, Loving me, As you used to before, But I tried and tried, I put away the pain, Deep inside my heart, I put away the tears, When you were gone, I wanted to give us, Another chance in love. Facing you everday, The emptiness you give me, The way you talked to me, How far and distanced, When you opened your mouth, Every word was far away, I longed for love, I longed for you, But everyday, Things were falling apart, You were getting further, And further away in our love, In my life. It was so hard, But I put those pain away, I wanted a bright future for us, I wanted you to change, But you never changed, You never were the same, In all those nights waiting. Waiting for you, Waiting for your love, In the dark and empty bed, Waiting for tomorrow to come, For the sun to rise, On the other side, To find you lying next to me, On the bed, But all the waiting, Was nothing, It didn't mean much to you, Because you never wanted, To love me, Like those long gone days, When love was still beautiful. |
