| Love In My Heart(400th Poem) It was only yesterday, When you came, Knocking on my door, It was only yesterday, When we walked together, Hands in hands, I could hear you singing, That special love song to me, It was only yesterday, That I was so happy in love, It was only yesterday, That was heart, Was full of life, When love was there, With me. The songs on the radio, Playing softly, As we sat together in bed, We laughed, We kissed, Everything seemed fine, I could never have though, It would end as fast, As the passing second. I came home that afternoon, To find you gone, I looked and looked, But I never could find you, I listened to love song loves, On that radio, Over and over again, Trying to understand, Why you had left, But life was all empty, Nothing was coming up, No one was there, To answer my call, I was all alone. I wanted to leave, I wanted go far away, Somewhere I would forever, Be happy without remembering, About your love, But no matter what I did, I had loved you too much, And all the places in this world, There was nothing, But you in my mind. |
