Sounds Of Thunders
Love is like, An afternoon of rain, Falling down on me, Washing my tears away, But it could never, Wash away the pain, That you left me, Love is like, A striking thunder, When you kissed me, It melted my heart, And when you left me, It broke my heart. All those days face to face, Laughing and talking, With so much love, Through the rain, Of those wonderful afternoons, We kissed each other, In the warmth of summer, All the memories you left behind, When you took my heart, With you to that new place, Now left me dying, Like I have died, By the sound of thunder. I don’t want to cry, Because all the tears, Will just give me more pain, But what more can I do, When all I can hear, When all that is surrounding me, Are sounds of thunders, Rumbling like my broken heart, Waiting for you to return, But who knows when, Who knows where, We will meet again, Maybe under the rain, Under the sound of thunders. |
