Consider recently, I called Needles Sheriff Dept.(760-326-9200), and speaking to the dispatcher asked what was the criteria for giving them the license plate info on a suspicious car. SHE SAID, " IF I GAVE IT TO THEM, THEY COULDNT GIVE ME ANY INFO ABOUT IT, (EVEN IF IT WAS A DANGER) AND THEY MIGHT DECIDE TO NOT RESEARCH IT AT ALL. / Today, I tried to call Officer Shelhammer at the same station, asking when he would be in, so I could talk with him. Their rule is I cant know when he is due for duty. I could only leave a voice mail message. ITS THIS KIND OF CRAP THAT FRUSTRATES VETERAN INFORMATION GIVERS LIKE MYSELF, DEFEATING TRUE LAW ENFORCEMENT, PROMOTING IN EFFECT, CRIME. J.B. ) July, 3, 01, TODAY, an older resident, Glenn Hill of Needles, Ca. told me that "...aprox. four months ago, a local officer had his K-9 unit dog removed from him AND THE COMMUNITY." REASON?: He was catching too many drug offenders! Then the San Bernardino Sheriff Dept. delayed paying him for the dogs expenses, food, etc./ The common cop has about as little influence within corruption in the ranks as the rest of we citizens do. (This officers cousin, Terry Anderson, Asst. Mgr. of the Needles, Ca., San Bernardino branch library, has for months, emailed me insults and threats against my trying to alert the public, that to protect good cops, we have to go after police corruption. J.B. (Today, I called local sheriff dispatcher, asking if "...the entire town electrical outtage happening, was energy crisis or one of our regular ones." She said she "didnt know." The entire town in a blackout and she doesnt know./ When I first moved to the Palms motel in 1999, I was told by a local homeless, name of "Gabby" that a friend of his named Billy Jo Wheatley was moved by his insistence, into unit 15 here (Palms Motel). Then the man simply disappeared. He said he "went to motel to find out why, if possible the S.S.I. receiver had left and Bravo*, the owner wanted Gabby to pay for an extra month in case his friend, waundered back in. Gabby left the entire area, and now back tells me, his friend's body was recovered from river, he saying, "They threw him into the river." This stated 8,11,01 to me by Gabby back in town, later he told me, his "friend had been shot twice in head, before being thrown in river. No investigation, there never is if they are disabled or homeless." Speaking of homeless being murdered, San Diego, Ca. police dept. is apparently making sone procedural changes recommended by a study panel. One of these is to test officers for drugs after a violent incident. Amen. I have been told bad cops carry knives with them, to place into hands of those they murder, especially the homeless, so they can offer that as self defense. We Americans need to do a reality check, when some are given life or death powers, death is the greater power. I have read that gangs dont consider a member a man, unless they kill someone, in the code of silence, within our police, is that also true? (*Speaking of Bravo, his nephew, of same name as owner of Palms motel, Louis Bravo, Lived here in 1999, my street sources told me, he "borrowed" other locals belongings on a regular basis. He lived here with a tavern bimbo, until he left mysteriously towards Oklahoma, about a year later, he returned with a new different bimbo, residing in unit 6. I asked him what of the first one, and he said, "I finally got rid of her." In October of 2000, he was arrested at his room with a large quanity of drugs(told to me by a local sheriffs deputy). He was charged with both spouse abuse(He had come from Oklahoma detention for same) and drugs. He spent little time in jail here. And told he moved to Barstow, Ca.( he said his new bimbo, "went back to her parents in Oklahoma"). Landlord Louis Bravo appeared at my door yesterday,8,10,01, complaining in front of an official type with him, that my water mister contraption used to cool me simply could not be allowed. When I said quite loudly, "As you know, I havent had an air conditioner since last August" He lied, saying he didnt know that. Supposely, Sunday, he and his worker will put in a new unit(after one whole year, at temperatures above 112 degrees). I hope I live. (All of this is being reviewed by a "Dennis Christy" Chief Deputy Of the San Bernardino County District Attorneys Office at Da@Da.co.san-bernardino.ca.us , whose offices, I have reported for a year to, along as to the FBI (Webmaster@usdoj.gov and Ca., Webmaster@doj.ca.gov), without completion, of any of the issues on this website. Obviously, its just easier if citizens just die. (Aug. 14, I did live, temporarily?, Owner and his worker, begrudgingly put in used air conditioner, somehow managed to sprinkle thumbtacks all over room, and then trampled plants in my garden unneccessarily, and to top it off, left trash in the back planting area. When I complained to Bravo, he slammed phone down in my ear. He's an Elder of local Seventh Day Adventist Church, I am told. What was curious, I went to buy some ice, and they finished, inside, I noticed an old magazine I had found walking, porno, had been disturbed. You would think they could afford their own. / Last year, I reported in writing, that Mr. Bravo had secretly rennovated all of his many residential motel rooms, inside of them, from floor to ceiling, without one Needles, Ca., building permit, not following city, county or state code. Work was done by his unlicensed right hand man (the same one described on GOODVERSUS32). Code Enforcement Officer Tim Duncan told me, "Nothing like this had ever happened before, and it would not be put on the back burner." Which is what they did, covered it all up, Mr. Duncan is now the building inspector. All of this means, is the same old, same old, federal funding has saved them in the past, and will in the future, no matter the larceny. (8,17, I had to call police today, to witness, someone had sliced with a knife, my garden hose at faucet. Illegal drug dealers versus the gardener, is the message, they have a knife?) |
