Internet Server From HELL...
I paid my fee for internet service from the Needles, Ca., Citizens Communication Corp. BEFORE I received the computer, in aprox July of 2000. Until last month, it never quite worked right, for nine months, local techs came from local company, couldnt find anything wrong, until one of them said in March(2001) that the connector in the outside wall box slid out because it hadnt been glued in right, But he left it as it was, finally, I went outside, rolled up a dry spitball and pushed it in all the way back, and it worked!  I wrote Rudy Grass, C.E.O. a certified letter re: this problem, plus if you pay your bill here in Needles, Ca. They wont discuss a billing error here, you have to contact office in Kingman, Az., 50 miles away. They did reduce the bill by 20.00 but with usual lack of caring didnot respond in kind with a letter to me. Now considering this is a corrupt area. dont you find this all a bit suspicious?, Within such are they monitoring my work on the computer? This Co. has the biggest sattelite dish, I ever seen, its as big as a house. (Whatyaknow...moments after writing, Citizens Communications appeared to negotiate a truce, telepathy?,one of their techs showed up along with the manager, who said the C.E.O. had called her, is he telepathic?  They put in then a new wall box(after all these long months of the computer going off line, especially in complex consumer complaints usually.  Plus I couldnt get a movie channel to perform which drove that sites people and me nuts trying to remedy it. We have a community tv channel here so I asked about putting on my open demonstratuion garden. Much hemming and hawing, "its only for service oriented groups." Pure Needles, Ca., hokum. I have a license, a 2 yr. old monthly newsletter, and an experimental garden with proven results.  One is never good enough here. (Today, May 1/01, a retired Navy veteran neighbor went to the local Citizens Communication phone office, to get a phone. They told him he had to pay a 80.00 deposit(even though he told them he had had a phone with Pac Bell in San Diego, California for 3 decades.). So I called the co. 1-800-921-8101, and complained for him, and they said if HE HAD not paid the deposit, they would have accepted a letter from Pac Bell in his behalf, BUT if he paid the deposit, and later presented the letter, he could NOT get his deposit refunded! What a way to insult our veterans! In this internet age, you would think they would contact Pac Bell electronically for proof of his paying record.  This is an Outrage! Instead of Citizen Communication corp. it should be Gestapo Communications Reicht. (7,13,01, I was justthinking recently of deleting this page, but for the last week, I have had extremely slow internet access and once on line, slow connection even into my website area, THEN TODAY, I GET In The Mail (mail fraud) AN ADVERTISING BROCHURE SELLING THIS CORPORATION'S VERSION OF DSL or "citizens (corp.) high speed internet" at 49.95 or 79.95 per month! I am a federally certified American disabled and low income, which including the invasion of privacy and their con needs to be investigated. I doubt, if John Ashcroft has the time, hes so busy worshipping a symbolic Jesus as part of his speil instead of the pursuit of Justice, which would truly serve Christ or for any wishing the freedom of such beliefs.  J.B. (Yesterday, Aug. 10, as we locals wait for the anniversary of the dead baby incident, last Aug. 19, killed by its Needles, Ca. Councilman father, Steve Thomas. another different corporate matter, our city corporation. I call the Citizens Communication Corp. tech hotline 18006523065, and with an automatic message informed that I would be waiting ten minutes, after waiting FORTY minutes, I hung up and called their customer service number once again. Speaking to a supervisor, named "Alan," I complain, who is surly and returns me right back to where I was, to wait  more minutes. Returning to customer service, I asked for another supervisor, getting finally, an office mgr., "Nicole." I ask for a email to be sent to my email address, of the C.E.O. Rudy Grass"s(Their Commander and Chief) email address, which she PROMISES she will do. SHE DOES NOT, in her email response, all she says is she has done is mail my webpage to someone, and then she advertises the DSL connection deal. Her email contains no email address to contact her, just her phone number. Ms. Jezebel and her kind are destroying the integrity of corporate responsibility to their clients. We are merely cogs in their devious plan. J.B. (EACH subsequent incident, renews the possible lawsuit possibility. Such as, aprox. two months or so ago. I reported to another supt. of theirs of above corp., that a Mr. Richard Meray, unit 16, at the Palms Motel(residential) is stealing cable time for his television, from this same corporation. His rationalization is "all motels have free tv hook up", but this is no longer an operating motel, its merely its historical name. He gave me his business card, listing himself, as a "Management Consultant," he also has no city license. I alerted his pastor, Tom Lamb of the Needles, Ca., Assembly of God Church, but apparently ethics and stealing are just another marriable condition of modern times. Mr. Meyers should be prosecuted, I had to go to jail for expressing freedom of speech, hes stealing it! (I now know he was part of the motel Meth operation, think of it, RETIRED NAVY!)
