Enclosed please find water quality testing reports which indicate that the water in the City of Needles is safe to drink under California standards which are more stringent* than those of most states. Having provided you with this evidence please cease and desist from printing anymore letters from Mr. Barta, who is a town loony, troublemaker and liar. If Mr. Barta persists in libeling the City of Needles, I will instruct the City Attorney to take legal action against him and against all other who aid and assist him in such libel." The subsequent false arrest (Jan. 29, 01, with a city councilman, also a county investigator for the Public Defenders office obviously unethically involved, no citation sent me, thus the arrest stinks of subterfuge to discredit me. (Dec. 5, 00, At Bravos Palm's Motel, at my residence, rm8, in an word duel with a pyscotic tenant, Mr. DeLeon in rm3, after he threatened to do harm to my garden there and abused me verbally, I called him a "MFR". I was told by officer Richards, I would be charged for cursing in front of a woman, (415.3) (at Sheriff station, I was given papers that stated I had used profanity in a public place, in court the corrupt Judge Brisco, changed it to "Disturbing The Peace.") and that the citation would arrive in the mail. None arrived, so I was arrested Jan. 29, 01, jailed overnight. The Public Defender, Mr. Bright, admitted no citation had been sent! It was all a game to discredit me!, from Mr. DeLeon's participation forward. Thank you for reviewing these issues, I can only be reached by email.
