DRUG WAR A FAILURE BECAUSE COPS MAKE A PROFIT THEMSELVES:

I Know this for a fact, its true. Cops are involved in the drug trade profitably. (Tonight(7,12,01 at aprox 8:20p.m., I came down a sidewalk towards my room number 8, at the Palms Motel, in Needles, Ca. And smelling a chemical stink, backed up to the air conditioner in number 3, where it came from. A vile stink that turned my stomach. At my room, I called Officer Shellhammer of the Needles Sheriff Dept.(760-326-9200) who said he would come and check it out. I closed my door to not disturb him. About 20 minutes later, I called him back and he said, there "was no chemical smell, it probably was a new air conditioner filter." I have been a gardener for many, many years, always around air conditioners, never have I smelled a stink like that, that made me ill. Todays, "Las Vegas Review-Journal" newspaper, on page 2B, in an article by Dave Hawkins is described the murder, not self defense by local cops, who surrounded a victims van stuck in a (rr tie) fence, who tried to back out, and they filled him and the van with 58 bullets claiming self defense. Even I at age 62, could have dodged the van. As far as I know, the victim was unarmed. He was a drug dealer and felon. But murder is murder, not self defense. They got away with their crime, he is dead because of theirs. Tonight, they proved their position to me. We citizens are in double jeopardy. They are a protection agency for drug dealers. Good cops have died, because of this whoredom. Its a national unexposed scandal. Forget the FBI AND THE DEA, they're just as much at fault. They never get back to their informers. We never hear of any arrests or conclusion for our informations. YOU KNOW THOSE BIG DRUG SEIZURES, COP AGENCIES MAKE, ITS A TRADE OFF. ANOTHER SHIPMENT GETS THROUGH FOR THE ONE SEIZED. THE COPS THEN, GET TO SELL VIA THEIR CONTACTS THE DRUGS SEIZED. OUR NEW MAFIA, OUR POLICE AGENCIES. AMERICAS FINEST. (A source told me recently, that a higher up in the law enforcement in Lake Havasu, Az., is known as a cop who sells drugs out his back door. A source has told me that most of our Needles, Ca. cops dont live here, they live in Lake Havasu, Az., I have a witness* to them taking CHP cars home in the evening. Last year, at a Laughlin, Nevada casino, there was a CHP patrol car parked out front, pointed out to me, by a man from Arizona, he said he asked the help about the car and they told him, the officers come for meetings and get drunk on duty. He got the license number, which I sent to the state CHP office without their responding. On that day, two men in street clothes came out, carrying a duffel bag. They opened the trunk of the car, pulling out a uniform in a plastic cleaners type bag and put it in the car. One got in (on our left), the other donned a CHP coat, orange with big letters on it, and off they went. I no longer have or know the license number, I sent to the FBI, by mail, did it get there? Or to the Ca. CHP Commissioner? We cant really trust our post office here.  The local newspaper has no police report, so only by gossip, do we hear...I understand the sheriff dept. no longer has a K-9 unit, good excuse for not catching drug operations...easy to protect their associates that way. (A local source told me, that aprox. 6 years ago, a local town drunk transient arranged to get a mobile home to live in out on Smith road and one day, one of our local deputies (Ron Richards) went out to his place, and with a rifle put nine holes into "Hobo Joe," including one in his dead forehead. It was not investigated, the officer still on duty, that is why Terry Anderson of the Needles San Bernardino county library did her trip on me emailing me insults, I didnt spread the story, I merely told her of it, not knowing it was her cousin deputy. There is no statue of limitation for murder.) Some years ago, hitchiking down '95,(From Blythe, Ca., to Needles, Ca., in a van of males, who picked me up, suddenly, we were surrounded by San Bernardino Sheriff patrol cars, with trained rifles on us, we were ordered out of the van, and made to kneel on the extremely hot road, then one man was taken in one direction, while the rest of us taken to Needles, Ca. I was told I could continue on down the road. A man gave me a ride and told me, cops in Needles, extremely corrupt. I believe him. Living here, I have no reason to believe otherwise. (In 1986, I was told when I got out of a local hospital Intensive Care unit in Bisbee, Az., "the next time would be fatal." 7 miles from the Mexican border, it is a hotbed of drugs. I lived above on a mountainside, the Olde Bisbee Police Station, my immediate neighbor was Beth Monehan, our chief drug dealer. The cops never bothered her. In 1997, in Tucson, Az., via a mental health group, I got a months stay at a rehab motel on 22nd street. It was a monage of operating drug dealers in amoungst those trying to get straight. I found under my bureau, hashish covered pipe stems. Reported to the FBI and DEA, I am willing to bet, its still operating and has been,  in the same reckless manner. An 8 month inquiry in Flagstaff, Az., just ended in arrests. Why did it take EIGHT MONTHS with dealers selling in front of the high school, something aint right, and the above headline says it all. J.B. (In 94-95, I helped a millionaire with his garden, his son told me, he(the son) had used heroin since the age of 16 and never was arrested, he was 21 at the time. That was in Blythe, Ca., so its all over, everywhere, crooked cops on the take, the good ones on the way to their graves. The rest of us victims in a failed war. (Near Needles, Ca. is planned FIVE new tribal casinos, one to be built sooner. Development could include as many as ELEVEN casinos in that area. City fathers intent on their future empire, have via states (Cal. & Nev.) funds are turning old highway past that future casino plot into new one. What would the advantages be for a racketeering city government whose law enforcement is the county sheriffs dept.;  Think!, they havent closed a local drug operation down, reported to them for two years, just wait until they get all they plot for, positioned on their gold plates at the future casinos. (Congressman Jerry Lewis is obviously involved with the local Needles, Ca., money laundering machine. He keeps announcing millions in Congress to be approved for projects never published locally for review by the public. A real Porkmaster. *WITNESS: His Name Was Chuck He Drove The Needles Transit For Many Years. Dead Of Cancer Chemotheraphy. Said he, He "saw CHP And Needles Sheriff Dept. trading cars coming and going to the Lake Havasu, Arizona area**, where a number of them lived, instead of in Needles, Ca. Why they didnt want to be part of the community, to merely be able to cross state lines, daily, leads one to suspect the worse. **50 miles away.
