******************* Let me share a recipe for a cooking or salad dressing, that could save lives, no matter, who uses it. I developed it, because Soy flour, documented to be a heart builder and cancer fighter, raw or toasted has an unpleasant taste. In a large mouthed closed bottle container, pour in a 16 oz. bottle of non-hydrolyzed soy sauce. pour in the same amount of apple cider vinegar, add one tablespoon of prepared brown mustard, 1/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive oil, 1/2 cup toasted soy flour, 1/4 cup dehydrated kelp seaweed, filling containr to the top, then with pure water. Shake to mix (or blend in a blender) and pour into a salad dressing type bottle for putting on food. I have used it everyday, three times a day on my steamed food, for three years. It has an excellent flavor. The kelp has every major and minor mineral for the human body. The apple cider vinegar will help with joint pains. The brown mustard, (not that inferior yellow stuff) as does the entire cruxiferous or cabbage family contains sulfaraphones which work to prevent cancer, in a different way the soy does. Perhaps, churches could help market it in a product. I'm poor as a church mouse, and I'd like to see some of the profit go to people in undeveloped nations.
