GREYHOUND BUS CRASHES ARE CAUSED...
....I have been told by Greyhound drivers, that drivers exhausted from driving, WITH LESS SENIORITY, FORCED to drive anyway. Drivers are also forced to take their own cell phones at their own expense for emergency communication. I emailed this tonight, Aug 29, 01, to many local area new services, as well as national and international ones. Also contacted government agencies, county of San Bernardino, State of California and Federal, also Assembly member Jim Wyman and Senator "Pete" Knight as well as Speaker of the California Assembly. The Attorney Generals of Arizona and California as well. Its true, its all true, for over a decade, I have ridden extensively Greyhound in 8 states. I have always spoke with drivers about their working conditions, generally speaking, they have a lot of complaints against Corporate Laid Law, Inc., located in Canada, which also drives 95 percent of American schoolchildren in their schoolbuses. Jerry E. Barta TODAY (JUNE 12,02) A BUSLOAD OF PASSENGERS AND I WERE KIDNAPPED BY A GREYHOUND BUS. LEAVING THE ESCONDIDO, Ca., TRANSIT AND GREYHOUND STATION AT 7:25 a.m., I was ticketed to go to San Bernardino and on. (ticket number 001 2 003 30990125 4) The driver, a Mr. Robinson, first went out of the way to Vista, Ca. to pick up passengers, then seemed to be having trouble with engine picking up speed, he pulled off expressway three times, fooled around with, he said, the computer part of it which was failing to reset. Finally, he parks the bus at the outside curb of Twin Oaks 76 station, 102 E. Carmel St. San Marcos, Ca. telling us he has called Greyhound headquarters for another bus. HE SAYS "IN ABOUT AN HOUR." IT DOESNT COME, UNTIL ABOUT 12:30 P.M. THERE ARE WOMEN WITH CHILDREN, ELDERLY COUPLES, AND ABOUT 20 OTHER PERSONS. When it did come it passed us, THEN REDOUBLED BACK, ONLY TO PICK UP OUR DRIVER AND DRIVE OFF! IN A FEW MINUTES, IT RETURNED AT THE BACK OF OUR BUS (*2432), AND MR. ROBINSON WITH HIS BACK TO THE CLOSED DOOR, BLOCKED THE DOOR, AS WE STOOD OUTSIDE, WAITING TO ENTER. two ladies, one with children, knocked on the door, perturbed. The door opened and Mr. Robinson departed to go to the original bus, in a new beligerent mood, as  was the other driver, who scolded the ladies. The other driver, with a army green backpack(measuring about 18"x8") went as well to the other stalled bus, telling us to enter his. Finally, we are in bus *2518, and we request his name which he states is Ervin Beason. He says to Robinson sitting in the drivers seat, "This is the bus, I should have taken out this morning." Before we leave, Robinson goes to the rear of the bus, scolding the two women as previously, telling them, they "are acting like children." And as he returns passing me, he said, "Shut up or I'll throw you off the bus." I will be emailing this page to the U.S.Justice Dept. and F.B.I., suggesting this all involved the possibilty of drugs, using we passengers as a cover. The first bus license was registered in Oklahoma, B17-510. A copy of this will be delivered to the Riverside, Ca., Greyhound station, a few blocks from where I record this on my website. Jerry E. Barta, Poet-Gardener. Oh yes, Mr. Robinson in conversation verified all of the rest, stated in the first part of the text on this page. (Greyhound has not contacted me. J.B. 7/7/02)
