Last night, a homeless client, a over 6 ft. tall Black had a prayer meeting outside in the white tent, this mans eyes glistened with the tell tale signs of drugs, and those who attended were of the same persuasion, I challenged calmly, the preachers ethics, he is very unChristianlike, in the disabled line for entry, he always pushes his way to the front of the line. Frankly, I doubt his being disabled or owning the 3 houses he says he owns in the South. I've known a lot of cons in my 65 years, and he qualifies. An older woman said he doesnt know his Bible well.
From there I left, to my mat, I sleep on the floor by choice. Snarled there were a group playing chess, AFTER LIGHTS OUT.
When I laid down, I explained I needed my sleep, but another Black male, sitting and playing, who has a missing arm, said he didnt "believe any of that slavery stuff anymore." ? I accused him of tweaking, and he said, "Yes, I'm a crack head, and I'm going to crack your head."
Alerted by me, Evonne the security came and dispersed them.
This morning, I mentioned this to others, AND THEY ARE FULLY AWARE A DRUG GROUP IS USING INSIDE THE SHELTER,
all I am requesting, for the sake of the children there, that this operation be controlled as quickly as possible.
I AM QUITE THANKFUL FOR THE INTERFAITH SHELTER, AND TRY TO OBEY ALL RULES.

May I offer a suggestion, having been homeless, living outside for some years, I have found that anti bacterial soap, bar or liquid, actually kills instantly mites, fleas, lice etc.
Plus it santitizes skin of microbial problems from lack of sanitation and it foams in warm water wildly.
Ordinary talc such as in babypowder also kills instantly, the above pests, can be used also on pets rather than poisens.
You might consider along your front sidewalk nearest building, planting a long row of beet seed or leaf lettuces for you salads.

You could easily plant culinary herb plants within your front shrubbery bed, they require very little care.
For instance. peppermint grows like a weed, as does spearmint etc.
Even oregano or thyme are easy.

I watched with particular interest the Ed Smart daughter episode. Early, I alerted the FBI, that in the 1970īs Smart came to Bisbee, Arizona buying old buildings, supposely buying antique cars. I was warned to not work for him, because he was a noted flim flam man, who probably was smuggling cocaine in from nearby Naco, Mexico. I assume, all, including the nation and Hollywood*, in that his latest caper.
*They also came to town to use and export illegal drugs.
IT WAS COMMON IN TOWN KNOWLEDGE.
Should I ever formally publish, THE MUCKRAKER JOURNAL might be a book title. Dont bet on it, I doubt if the Feds would allow it.
I want to thank, Kim Quaco, San Diego Deputy Sheriff, the North County Times, AND THE EVER PRESENT INVISIBLE FBI, for having the missing broken end of wall, inside the Interfaith Community Resource Center and Homeless Shelter, REPLACED.
We can rest easier that the presumed druggers, citizen and illegal or otherwise Mexican immigrant will not have the easy access, as they did before, endangering all.
But the problems persist.
Last night, in wee hour, I noted a broken lawn sprinkler, gushing water, explaining why it always running past the shelter entrance. I, assume I, the only one ever reporting such to the night staff. I also noted to male attendant, that the bathroom lavatory water spigots dont put out cold water easily, which in turn is the shower condition, it trickling down to almost a fizz.
WOULD IS THIS BE THE CONDITION IF THE FIRE CEILING SPRINKLER HEADS CAME ON??
Last night, shelter mgr. (daughter of Joe T., definitely nicer.) announced to we in line to get in, that she would taking in NO new ones. Why?, there were plenty of beds.
This presents a suspicion, that the Catholic Sanctuary** movement is once again tied to moving into to the nation illegals, SOME OF THEM COULD BE TERRORISTS OR DRUG MULES. The latter, I strongly suspect.
Are existing previously recorded by them, Social Security ID numbers being subverted for this?
Tis their fault, by eliminating new clients, that I think this, studying in my mind for sometime, before recording it.
I have to get off page, to email this to the authorities.
** I personally witnessed this activity while staying at the Primaveria Shelter, in Tucson, Az., them transporting us from the full shelter to spend the night at St.Pius Catholic church, where a group of these immigrants were secretly housed, exposing themselves for Mass. (Please no innuendo meant.)
The Fellowship Rehab that furnishes the night attendants is, I have been told, Catholic sponsored, as is I suspect, controlling within Interfaith itself. I suspect they house instead of citizens, illegals and or their families.
Which explains their secrecy and discrimination in not helping us others with their property housing. OR PUBLISHING FREELY SUCH INFORMATION.
Housing, which I am told is extensive.
Recently, as I lay on my mat, a spider walked near, another client stepped on it, at my request. It might have been a wolf type, not particularly toxic, OR COULD IT BE A TYPE FROM SOUTH OF THE BORDER FROM EVEN SOUTH AMERICA POISENOUS. A DAY LATER, I FOUND THE SAME, BUT WITH A REDDISH COLOR IN MY SLEEPING BLANKET!
Last night, I noted two 12 inch pipe vents, in ceiling, near above my mat, no longer blocked off, but OPEN, for anything tocrawl or dropout of.
So as you can see,the problems persist, and THE NATIONAL GUARD REPRESENTATIVE SHOWING UP EACH NIGHT FOR BUT A MOMENT, STILLNOT WEARING HIS UNIFORM.

The persistent problem, in shelters, everywhere, any of them is not only the county jail ethic of anyone is a snitch unless to their benefit, besides that, they working at the shelter, cleaned up, treat the others incoming as INFERIOR!
I can only hope, the cooking staff is not slowly poisening us,
OR MAKING DRUG BATCHES AT NIGHT...in 2002, I entered their dining room for the early morning meal, and breathed in a horrific stink. I ate anyway, but developed one of the most Godawful headaches, that lasted all day, with me laying on my blanket miserable.
Pray tell, what could have caused such?
TWO, all shelters, 86 persons they dont like FOREVER. Within Federal funding, especially within the National Guard Armory shelters, THAT IS DEFINITELY AGAINST FEDERAL GUIDELINES.
WITH ALL ITS PROBLEMS, THIS IS BY FAR, THE BEST SHELTER IN NORTH COUNTY. I do wish they would hand out anti bacterial soap to the clients, it kills insects such as mites from birds, plus it sanitizes the skin.
It might even help in foot odor, a biggie at shelters.

Recently, I sent email warning about drug problems etc at Interfaith Shelter at Quince & Washington Ave. in Escondido, Ca.
I have been informed that the knocked down wall inside parking inside Interfaith complex was done by a moving truck that backed up, 3 weeks ago, but IRANIAN* OWNERS OF SUPER 8 MOTEL HAVENT MOVED TO REPLACE IT!
Early, early, this morning smoking my nicotine, a couple came from the wall and asked me
if I had an extra cap. Female said, she keeps forgetting to get one when sun is out, then they walked back to wall, crossing over.
INSIDE AN ATTENDENT SLEPT ON THE FLOOR BY THE ATTENDANCE TABLE, as usual,
WHILE I HAD WITNESSED IN MY SECTION UPON AWAKING, TWO HOMELESS UNASLEEP TWEAKING ON THEIR COTS, BELIEVE ME< THEY WERE TWEAKING.
Attendent previous night went behind wall, client said, probably to smoke joint.
SECURITY IS TERRIBLE, RECEIVING CREW SOCIALIZES WITH CLIENTS TOO MUCH, SUGGESTS DRUG FRATERNIZATION>
FELLOWSHIP REHAB ORGANIZATION THAT SUPPLIES ATTENDENTS FOR NIGHT SHIFT, I REPORTED TO FBI LAST YEAR< WERE INVOLVED IN DRUGS, AND THEY ARE AGAIN!
i will try to sleep in Oceanside shelter tonight. J.B.

(one female client came out in cold one morning trying to get peoples attention, that drugs were being pumped in air in shelter???)havent seen her since, staff too quick to 86 clients forever, WHILE ALLOWING THE OTHER.
