Last year, at the Oceanside, Ca. computer lab, on Nevada street, just before I exited the area, an email was received by me, sent by a person saying he was a fellow poet, complimenting highly my website, he said his name was Dimitri Wyllchen. I assumed he was Nordic in orgin. On that same day, I just happened to ask a female attendant, who had been especially helpful, what by the way, was her name? Demetri, she said. What were the odds?
Then theres the director there, a Mr.Jones, who sits cloistered in his cubicle, who no doubt has not liked what is contented on this page. Could he be the Dimitri?, who over time has invaded my webpages, EVEN MY EMAIL SITES, interrupting my processes. Continually for over a year...Wyllchen and I communicated for many months by email, he constructed my lapel pin site,
but in doing so, it gave him the opportunity to invade all else.

ON ONE OCCASION, ON MY SWIVEL CHAIR, MY LEGS SMARTING FROM SITTING, I TURN TOWARDS HER DIRECTION, I SEE< HER TAKING HER RIGHT ARM, PLACING IT INTO HER LAP, FINGERS REACHING TOWARDS ME. I MERELY SHIFTED BACK, SHE DIDNT SEEM PLEASED.
LATER I GO OVER TO THE OCEANSIDE LAB ON NEVADA STREET, SITTING ON THE LAWN MEDIAN, MY USUAL CUSTOM, SMOKING, WHEN SUDDENLY, A THIN HISPANIC EXTREMELY TIGHTLY DENIMED YOUNG WOMAN COMES AT ME ACROSS THE STREET< PASSING NEAR. SHE THEN TURNS TOWARDS THE LAB AND I FOLLOW AS WELL IN A MOMENT, HER FURTHER AHEAD. A COP IN A PATROL CAR (#702?) PASSES US BOTH AND AT NEXT INTERSECTION< RETURNS AND STOPS AND INTERROGATES ME! HE ACCUSES ME OF LOITERING WHEN I SAT SMOKING. I SAY, IM TIRED OF BEING STALKED BY WHORES. HE EXCLAIMS DISBELIEF. FINALLY, I DISTRACT HIS INTENT< BY TELLING HIM I HAVE A WEBSITE, I WORK AT LABS DAILY. HE DOIESNT EVEN KNOW THEY'RE FREE.

OTHER INCIDENTS HAVE HAPPENED, REFERENCE DESK WORKERS< STALL AT MY REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION OR ARE SURLY AND UNCOOPERATIVE. SOMETIME AGO, BUT RECENT, I SAT AT COMPUTER 15 AT THE MISSION LIBRARY, THE SAME FEMALE ATTENDANT THAT LATER ASSIGNED ME TO COMPUTER 11, CAME ON MY RIGHT, AND SAID A DISC WAS IN MY MONITER, WOULD I TAKE IT OUT, AND GIVE IT TO HER. I DID< BUT LATER, IN AN EMAIL TO THE FBI, WORRIED THAT SOMETHING COULD BE ADDED TO THE DISC< NOW CONTAINING MY FINGERPRINTS! THE NEXT DAY, AT THE ECONDIDO CA.(25 miles from Oceanside), COMPUTER LAB, THEIR ATTENDANT SAID, "WE HAVE A DISC OF YOURS.", BUT I SAID, NO, I NEVER USE THEM, AND I DONT. I DONT KNOW HOW TO. ALL THE DISC WORK ON MY SITE WAS DONE BY A PERSON IN INDIO, CA.
FOR MONTHS, AT THAT SAME AREA< AT THE NEXT DOOR LIBRARY LAB, WHEN I COMPUTED, WINDOWS WOULD POP UP DISTURBING MY TASK. THAT STARTED WHEN ON PAGE, SING_PLAY, MY WORK AND COMPUTER WAS FORCIBLY CRASHED. DID IT ALL BEGIN IN MY NEEDLESCADRUG PAGES, AT THAT LIBRARY, ONLY TO FOLLOW ME HERE? ISSUES OUR WIMP GOVERNOR AND ATTORNEY GENERAL REFUSE TO INVESTIGATE!
TWO: On Sat., 2,17,02, I discovered as no doubt others, that the Oceanside Community Computer Center (321 N. Nevada St., Oceanside, Ca., (760-435-5660) were completely off of the internet, and were all day long. I had come by transit all the way from Escondido, Ca. I returned the next day, as usual on my disabled feet, painfully, slowly walking, only to discover one of their attendants, female, standing out front waiting to get in. "12:00 a.m. is when we open." she said. I waited, sitting on the sidewalk, and was joined by two other males, hoping to use the computers. Soon another female worker, accompanied by a young teen(?) male, came and the door was unlocked for their entrance, when in cheerleader loudness, they said in unision, "We hope the Internet is down, we hope the internet is down..."
In a moment, the young male came out, carrying boxes of what appeared to be board games, got into a car and left. I had asked them to let us know if the internet was on, but then the second female opened the door and announced, it "was still off." Was it or did they just want to be paid FOR NOT DOING THEIR JOBS?, discriminating against 3 Homeless males.
They know I have a website, thus am a serious computer user, but there was no reason for anyone to witness their outragious behavior. (Earlier in the month, while inside, working on my website on their computer, as was a host of users, a class ended and near us, the students spilled out, talking loudly interrupting our concentration.
Later, I asked the director about that, and he said "I just couldnt ask them to be quiet." !
(EARLIER THIS MONTH, I spoke with the highly respected Oceanside, Ca., Kay Kutler, co-founder of the The Brother Benno Foundation whose Homeless services are one of the very best I have ever witnessed. She expressed the wish to be instructed in computer use, saying she had a special problem of Dylexia (which I also have) and I suggested the above computer lab. In fact, I then at the above computer lab, told the director about her and asked him to call her.
Today, I find out from her, he never called. What an insult to her fine contribution in the community of Oceanside, Ca., and San Diego county.
The North County Transit headquarters is located in Oceanside, Ca., as well. I have had a problem continually with their drivers, not letting disabled sit down first, before pulling off, almost knocking me and others down. I HAD ABOUT JUST about decided to void this page, when I once again went to the Oceanside, Ca, Computer lab on Nevada street on June 21, 02, and asked the front desk if I could quickly use the 15 minute computer, just to quickly check my website to see if my new business page was on, then if not I could call the computer programmer who is in Indio, Ca. on the outside payphone and then go on the regular computer inside for the usual two hours. She said, No, I could do that only if I sacrificed a half hour when I used the two hour computer. I appealed to the director who said also "No, because if I did it, everybody would want to do it. I said, "Who would know?" He said, "Everybody would know." I said did they know about the time, your attendants, discriminated against me and two others, chanting, "We hope the internet is down." He said, "They all knew." Keep in mind, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF OCEANSIDE NOR THE STAFF OF THEIR COMPUTER LAB. I WANT IT IN WRITING. ITS A FINE LAB< EXCEPT FOR THIS BS, HOWEVER< ANOTHER FACILITY PERSON< TOLD ME HE HAD HEARD MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT STAFF BEHAVIOR.
TODAY! at 11:30 am, June 26,02, I have just been told by computer staff, I am only allowed 6 hours computer use per week, consider this morning there are very few computer users! 7 on 30 computers! Would their grant funders be pleased? (Link to VOTEDAVISDOWN, scroll to bottom area of page for something absolutely outragious* that happened at the Vista, Ca. computer system within their library, WHICH I DOUBT WILL PLEASE A GOVERNOR UP FOR RE_ELECTION!(*This is now on this page a bit further down.) (Yesterday (6,26,02), I came to the Mission Library on Mission St. in Oceanside, Ca. a few miles from the computer lab on Nevada St. Entering, I saw the director from the other lab standing behind the entry desk, and said, Everywhere I go, there you are and he replied, "This is mine too." HIS??
This incident below happened on June 25, 02 at 2:16 pm at the Vista Ca. library: "I went to get my printed copy at the front desk. so I could rush it to the bank(Wells Fargo) and FBI(mailing)...I needed a dime (10 cents) But had the balance of 75 cents except for the dime...the attendant said, I couldnt have the copy without the dime. I said come on, I come here everyday, I have a website! NOPE, she said, then she said she would have to hold the copy until I brought the dime. I INSISTED THAT THE DIRECTOR (of Library) be alerted, NO, she said, she was away at a funeral. BUT she did say the mgr. was in, but in a meeting, and then she went into that meeting to see the mgr.(Ginnie Tanguma), about the dime owed. THEN THE MGR> COMES OUT OF THE MEETING, TELLING ME
LIBRARY POLICY TO TREAT EVERYBODY ALIKE MEANS SHE CANT GIVE ME THE COPY WITHOUT THE MISSING DIME!
FINALLY, SHE RELINQUISHES IT, because of my insisting about it's importance, TELLING ME TO NEVER DO THIS AGAIN.
About ten days ago, a reference desk female refuses to give me addresses, I requested as I work on my website on the computer. I hand her a printed copy of a page of humour on my website to read, but she snubs it, handing it back immediately. I email the branch manager, who send me emails to me, telling me to email another, no one ever contacts me personally about problem, then earlier this week(9,30,02,) the same person declares she wont help me, UNLESS IT MAKES ME HAPPY, OTHERWISE, SHE WILL REFUSE TO HELP ME! I ATTEMPTED HAPPYDOM. J.B. Later on, she disturbed the whole computer section in a loud conversation with a disheveled type young man, who insisted, he had just killed a crow.

Note: forwarded message attached. I am a poet, thus
this only an idea for others to work out. I'm quite
sure corporate sponsors would be interested. Two
opponents in a straight stretch of a 100 feet, with
two others at other end. One at a time, one from each
side skateboard towards the other, technique of each
in run is judged. In graduated same events, obstacles
for technique ate installed**. Teams may be larger
than the two from each side up for run. Thus banners
of team displayed by each competitor not in run play.
The simplicity of this competition means it can be
done in most parking lots of school in formal play,
which would instruct students in safety issues.
Students must have clean school record and not
invalidate their standing in community by anti social
acts.
This idea formed before the assumed violence towards
me, by local Vista students...perhaps, units such as
Casa Raphael Rehab could help in these activities. The
internet should be used for a website of this
activity, expanding hopefully to other schools
participaing, doing the same. Jerry E. Barta,

smoking realized it and then found tiny green leaf in
rest of tobacco...Recently, I emailed, FBI, how about
ten days ago, I was accosted by pre teens on bycycles
at bustop on 930 blk. of Sante Fe St. Vista, Ca., at a
bustop to go to Escondido, Ca., they rode by me,
repeatidly, cursing and endangering me, they
threatened to go "*get 50 of their gang." YESTERDAY,
the same group was in same place, commandering the
city owned bustop. I waited across street until bus
302 came, only then crossing street, going through
older males(looking like residents of Casa Raphael) to
board bus instantly, as one of the teen punks said
loudly, "We are going to beat you up." SOMETIME AGO, A
YOUTH WAS GUNNED DOWN NEAR THIS SPOT< AROUND THE
CORNER AT THE NCTIMES OFFICE. THE MURDERERS ESCAPED.
MY THEORY NOW, IS THEY MERELY CHECKED INTO THE NEARBY
REHAB UNIT CALLED "CASA RAFAEL,*WHICH I THINK THE
OLDER MALES WERE FROM...AND APPARENTLY ARE INSTIGATORS
OF THIS PRESENT MATTER, BECAUSE SOMEHOW I HAVE INVADED
THEIR TURF (the Escondido reference library could not
find an address for Casa Raphael, but its somewhere
behind, near, the Subway sandwich shop up the street.
On the first occasion, the boys on their bikes, when
finally leaving me, went that direction, towards Casa
Raphael. IS THE VISTA COUNTY SHERIFF DEPT. AT FAULT/,
via them, I had them bother 4 drunks that sat all day
on those two bus stops drunk and possibly dealing in
drugs. HAVE OTHER ROBBERIES AND MURDERS BEEN PART OF
CASA RAPHELS GAME PLAN? Jerry E. Barta,

THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A TRANSIT DISTRICT DESPERATE TO
INTIMIDATE ME. SAME PLACE LATER, aprox. 7pm, when I
entered the 320 Express to Escondido, after showing my
pass, THE DRIVER SLAMS ON ACCELERATOR SLAMMING ME LESS
THAN 3 feet down the aisle! I shout you could wait
until I sit down, she smart asses me back, then tells
me, I may have to get off next stop. She says, "I WONT
LOSE MY JOB," when I reinterate she will be reported
and the incident recorded on my website. (Then in a
conversational ploy in talking to a young man, across
from me, I tell how in the past, I sent the Feds info
of a security leak possibility that could have
endangered President Bush. To be recorded on bottom
of page CATRANSITTWO) Consider, I have reported to the
feds, that last Sunday, a young woman, left her purse
near me, as I stood at the curb to board and on recent
occasion, a transit car(ID143) drove up near me, the
drivers leaving with the motor running, unattended for
minutes. I AM NOT A CRIMINAL. I AM GOING TO ASK FOR AN
AUDIT BY THE U.S. GENERAL ACCOUNTING OFFICE, IT IS

Mueller, Sometime ago I mailed a bought radio device
that I feared might be a future weapon to the San
Diego FBI office, yesterday at Brother Bennos(3260
Production Ave. Oceanside, Ca. 92054), when I went to
get my mail, a box from them was there, the Fed Ex box
had been compromised by someone either entering it ot
attempting to do so. I have mailed all to your
Washington offices, asking you look into the device as
well as the Brother Bennos possibility. This is a free
mail service, where folks get their S.S.I. and other
govt. checks etc. Whether there is criminal intent,
that is not for me to decide. *WAS THIS BEING FILMED
SEPARATELY FROM ABOVE BY NCTRANSIT? **I have to wonder
if this explains the problems, I have had at the
county libraries and computer labs on page

the first punk attack was immediately after, as I
waited at the Vista Library bus stop, a thin about
fortyish male came from library, engaging me in
conversation. He sat down, beside me on the sidwalk,
saying, "What did I want?" I ignored the comment, then
he looked past me, to a group of pre teen girls, I had
passed earlier, whose greeting to me, was a bit too
enthusiastic, saying, "if only he was younger he could
have that stuff." He then said, he "was going home,
get naked, and go to sleep." I watched him go to the
back of the library turning left. Later I was accosted
by passing gang of pre teen youths cursing and
threatening me, a little distance from the library.
The second threat, that I "would be beaten up, as I
outmanuevered them, instantly entering bus from across
the street, as they commandeered the bus stop. Before
that, I had enlisted the Vista Library reference desk
to direct to what official agencies, I would report an
errant library too. "THEY ALSO TOLD ME, NO STATE
AGENCY GOVERNED COUNTY LIBRARIES."
CLUE: THE MOST CURIOUS INCIDENT, was when a uniformed
Green Beret soldier came into library and walked to
back, vanishing, I know, I couldnt locate him. He
materialized later. I have noted youths going towards
a side of the inside to the left of the front desk, if
you are facing that. On one occasion, I saw an older
Mexican male standing alongside a young boy(his son?) standing at the back of the library,
which seemed curious.
CLUE: ONE CURIOUS DAY, as I entered the path to the
front door, at the bike rack was a bycycle with on its
seat, sitting a box of fresh donuts. As I entered the
front door, a young male in his twenties exited with a
curious smirk, the bike rack is next to large windows,
was I to be filmed.
THIS WAS THE WORST, a couple of days ago, as I entered
the front alcove towards the front entrance, I passed
the wooden bench there, a 30ish male sat on it, in a
Army fatique jacket, soon joined by a preteen girl,
provacatively dressed, who twiddled his hair, sitting
down, looking at me seductively. There were others
like her near. I later saw two of them come into the
library and go towards the back. Recently, when a
female voice announced closing on the intercom, her
voice showed extreme stress.
CLUE: This last month, I had mailed an ad of KMART, that had a photo of a young boy, that might attract pedophiles. But before this, while at this library, a delivery postman was there, and I asked him to take the ad to report it, he refused, are they in this game as well?
ARE THEY CAM FILMING IN THE BACK SOMEWHERES, I dont
know, but its all so unique...thus suspicious. By the
way, I find Vista ex councilman, Chris Megison's only
interested in homeless sheltering of only women with
children, highly curious, his new 5 million grant for
same as well.
KEEP IN MIND, LIBRARIES ARE USUALLY CENTRALLY LOCATED
AND NEAR SCHOOLS, WHO WOULD SUSPECT SUCH AN ENDEAVOR?
(The Escondido Library moved its computer lab into
their Teen Book Section, which I thought odd. I have
left for the Vista Library director, for months, pages
from my website as I have the Escondido one, and
never had them bother to meet me.

YESTERDAY, 10,7,02, at the Escondido, Ca., library Pioneer room which is next door to the library. I WAS ACCOSTED because of wee children, dashing up and down in the row separating the two rows of computers. They ran up and down, noisily, touching my chair, of the Spanish computer, I on, at the end of the aisle. THIS HAD NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE, THE PIONEER ROOM IS A RESEARCH FACILITY, QUIETNESS HAS ALWAYS BEEN ENFORCED. I tried to ignore it, but it was too interruptive. I turned to the female attendant, asking her to stop the children, she said she was sorry, but then a Mexican woman next to her, on a computer, told me, "If I didnt like the children, I should go somewhere else." I replied, she should mind her own business, which prompted a Mexican young man next to me, to tell me roughly, not to talk to her like that. It obviously was a planned event. So I left. Going to the library, I summoned the security guard, asking him to go check out situation, instead he went back into library, and summoned two library workers from a back room, who came forward to me, with the security guard. A Jo Ann Greenberg, then told me the computer lab was for families and children, AND IT WAS THAT I WAS WRONG TO EVEN BE THERE! WHICH IS A COMPLETE LIE! The security guard did not go towards the area, merely listened to this crap, A SERIOUS BREACH OF MY RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH. I asked for a business card for the email address to their director, she said there was none. She instead gave me a card with the Escondido city director's email address: lmitchell@ci.escondido.ca.us . ON THE BACK OF THE CARD, SHE BY MY REQUEST WROTE HER NAME, "JoANN GREENBERG." ABOVE THAT on the card is printed: "Mission Statement
"The mission of the city of Escondido is to provide quality service that enhances the safety, economic diversity, environment and health of the community, where our customers and employees can thrive in an atmosphere of courtesy, integrity and respect."
WHICH IS EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE OF HOW I A POET, ELDER, AND AMERICAN DISABLED WAS TREATED.
Unknown to them, I was having a local businesswoman delivering a copy of my page:TACO BELL, with its idea to the Downtown Business Association of Escondido. This idea has never been responded to by their mayor or pro tem mayor, apparently, they are afraid of honoring or even acknowledging Escondido's large Mexican and Hispanic population.
CONSIDER THIS: LIBRARIES ARE INFORMATION FACILITIES< CONSIDER FROM INSIDE THEM, IDENITY THEFT COULD EASILY HAPPEN AND NO ONE WOULD EVER BE THE WISER.
Yesterday10,9,02, another bizarre event, about two o' clock, I took Transit Rt:302 to Escondido, Escondido and Quince, the Carl's Jr. Restaurant. Ate late lunch, went across street, to wait for same bus, to take me to transit station, downtown Escondido. Bus comes across street, White boy of maybe 9 yrs old gets off, bus goes past him, he grabs his crotch of his shorts, then lets go, does it again, I assume he has to go to a bathroom. He does it again, right across from me, he crosses street a bit to one side of me, as a latin man, smiling at him intersects with him, both vanishing from view down a parking lot drive. SUDDENLY, a bycycle cop comes around from that same area, goes to right of me, to talk to a homeless woman sitting on some steps, eating a sandwich. Then he goes up the street. I walk down to near her as she is joined by a bearded homeless male, both are incrediably dirty. (Very unhomeless) A black woman, about 30?. plain looking, wearing dark glasses, is now in my former place. At one point, she takes out of her purse, winding it, as if a clock, but I wonder if its a recording device and she an undercover cop, pretending otherwise for entrapment. She stands oddly, with her shoed feet half over the curb, instead of normally waiting for the bus on the sidewalk. She runs briskly across the street, directly across from me, as I converse with the couple on the steps. The female says the cop on bycycle her "pet cop." I ask them, whether they think Escondido cops on take. Yes, the male replies*. Bus arrives, I get on, and at station, discover black lady, apparently crossing street, had slipped on bus, she quickly departs, running briskly across and around corner of middle station building, WAS I SUPPOSED TO FOLLOW? I SUGGEST THE ESCONDIDO COPS CONSIDER WHAT THEIR HOBBIES MIGHT BE IN A FUTURE PRISON CONVICTION. *Were they undercover as well?
On Sun. Sept. 15, I emailed to the feds an observation of mine, which is partially below. The odd thing, it vanished from my email file, I just happened to have copied it. "I came into the Vista Transit station, yesterday late afternoon. SAT AT BUSTOP UP, impulse as usual,. To my right was a tin building with enclosed gated yard. never see anyone there. On the gate is a sign that reads ADAM TOWING CO. White car pulls up will cont, after smoke break...12,21,03...What I reported to the FBI were some Mafia criminal types, interested in one particular boat...never saw them again.
