Note: forwarded message attached. APROX 4:40 pm, TODAY< WALTER SELLOR AND SUPERVISER VICTOR DURAN< CAME TO WHERE I AM SITTING AT INDIO, CA. SUNLINE DOWNTOWN TRANSIT STATION, WAITING TO GO 3 MILES HOME, AND DEMAND THAT I NOT RIDE THE SUNLINE BUSES EVER AGAIN> I HAVE A PAID FOR SENIOR MONTHLY PASS!
WHEN I ASKED WHO ORDERED THIS, WALTER SAID THE SUNLINE DIRECTOR< WALTER GLASCOW DID.
I DEMAND A IMMEDIATE FBI INVESTIGATION, AND A DRUG TEST FOR THE BELOW DRIVER.
THEY SAID BECAUSE I HAD CALLED THE POLICE, THIS WAS THE DECISION, TO BAN ME FOREVER.
I DEMAND THEIR STATE AND FEDERAL FUNDING IMMEDIATELY CEASE!
I THEN CALLED 911 SO THAT A POLICE REPORT COULD BE RECORDED, AND SHE SCREAMED AT ME, THIS WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY!
I NOW HAVE TO WALK TWO MILES ON MY DISABLED KNEE CAP.
THIS IS INFAMY!!!

Note: forwarded message attached. Today, I left rt. 80 B aprox. 1:30 pm, to Indio Library, where I reported to 911. Driver talks erratically, staggers when walking. A lady at stop, he told he was 5 minutes late, then he makes an unscheduled stop at Greyhound station, walks over to older Hispanic female with older one, embraces younger, stands for minutes, then comes back.
Other passengers, said they thought he had drunk too many tequillas for breakfast.

Two days ago, coming into Indio, on Greyhound, passing where DBO said he lived, saw no trees, however other homeless have told me lives in Jackson st. of drainage ditch in camp of razor wire etc. To the left of the street bridge over Jackson, is a huge camp under the trees, I saw last year, full of stuff, might be it, if so, he could be danger to homeless staying at National Guard Armory nearby.
At Marthas Villiage kitchen today, saw fellow who kicked me, when I was 86ed, recorded on

Another homeless later said his name is Harry Barcley, though he looks Hispanic
or Indian, has very dark tan. I alerted their guards about him. He eats there dailly, is short, heavy bearded and carries a yellow and black backpack as reported to your officers.
The issue below might well be part of the National Guard Armory problem here.

Early this month, a Black driver resembling in stature star Kobe, raced from his bus seat from docking bus hwy 111
at Indio transit station, into the drivers section at that station.
When he returned, he was talking loudly to himself, driving fast and erratically!
This day of 11,14,03;
I got on bus511 rt. 111 near 12:30pm, the driver Gilberto grabbed with lightning speed, my transfer, crumpling it and into trash can, it went.
(Years ago, I played Monopoly with a young man on Meth, and thats how he moved!)
I said I need that transfer, the driver saying loudly, Why didnt I say so? He then gave me another transfer, he then got off and a Black male got on, as he prepared to leave, I asked him, Whether the name of the corp. was Sunbus or Sunline?
Humialating me in front of all passengers, he said loudly. "Its not important."
Then sat down and drove off.
FOR TWO YEARS, I HAVE REPORTED
TO THE STATE AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT...the horrific condition below:
CONSIDER THOSE FILTHY PORTA POTTYS AT THE INDIO TRANSIT STATION, E COLI A REAL POSSIBILITY!

(Keep in mind, I lived for 29 months in Needles, Ca., in a motel that was operating a Meth lab by its owners, protected by their sheriff police, so I know that my observations are valid.
I have witnessed the dual personality change that happens to its addictives.
Only the drug becomes and its use becomes all important!
On 11, 17. 03: At Indio transit station, I HAD TO USE BATHROOM, I have had diarrhea
off and on since I used it last week.
Inside I had to set my cloth bag on the floor with my back pack on top of it, THERE IS SO LITTLE ROOM! WHEN I LEFT PICKING UP THE BAG, IT WAS WET FROM URINE THAT WAS DEPOSITED EARLIER ON THE FLOOR.
THIS IS DEPLORABLE AND IT WET MY SHIRT IN THE BAG, WHICH IHAD TO PUT ON BECAUSE OUTSIDE WAS COLD.

Today at aprox. 10:00 amm, Martin the driver of rt. 523, was drunk and disruptive. He told me to move, then demanded I move from my front disabled seating to let on a wheelchair, which wasnt necessary at all. I didnt and it wasnt. At one point, he came up to my face, and childlishly tore up a transfer in my face.
He told a homeless getting off the bus, he would send him a bottle." (for New Years?),
A Mexican lady with two children got on bus, sending him 2 dollars for fare by passengers to him, he sent it back to her.
He babbled loudly in Spanish to his front seat passengers.
At the transit station, another driver came in, offering him food from a lunch pail, Martin waved him away...are they all drinking?
When I left the National Guard amory at the first Sunbus run to town, it had just stopped letting passengers on, I hobbled painfully on my disabled knee across the street, signaling him with my hand to let me on, HE DROVE ON BY< LAUGHING.
As he did last Sunday, at about 12:00pm, at Martha Villiage Kitchen bus stop, passing, him pointing at me and waving...about two weeks ago on rt.111, he wouldnt give me a courtesy stop and ranted and raved all the way to the next stop.
I WANT HIM TESTED FOR DRUGS AND NO MATTER WHAT, FIRED!!
EASILY THIS COULD BE A LAWSUIT, SINCE I AM SENIOR AND FEDERALLY CERTIFIED DISABLED.

Yesterday, at about 4:00 pm, I transferred from the Sunbus 111 to the Rt. 70 going to La Quinta. Usually, there is a wait of 20 minutes, but today, he wass in his slot, about to drive away, but motioned me to run, in the bus, he said was "10 minutes late" but I protested that I am disabled (which he knows) and its cruel to have me try to run to catch him. His name is Frank. He said next time, I may not pick you up. So cooly, I apologized (for his bizarre sense of illogic).
That evening about 6:00 pm, I left his route and across street, got 111 back to Indio, Ca. The front federally mandated for seniors and disabled was full of able bodied, so I asked driver Theresa to ask them to vacate for me. SHE SAID, "OH, I CANT DO THAT."
SO I DID. San Diego drivers when asked enforced the law.
Martin the drunk driver was driving rt. 80 B yesterday, obviously quite sober.
I am assured the union probably intervened in his behalf, if he ever accidents and kills someone, will they intervene for the victims?
