in a nation steeping in apathy./ real men need their meat, imagine Richard Simmons as a logger(to keep it fair, imagine Arnold Shwarzznegger, how does one spell that, as a tired tavern waitress)its a a fact, probably genetic, of being a man. women and vegetarians can get by on carrot sticks. Author Henry Miller certainly used them in his addiction, assumed more nutritious than Clinton's cigar. ( I sent his wife a pair of earrings, I had made out of sequins, but she preferred to wear his adulteries on her ears.) So anyone like university students should invest in a quart size crockpot. Uses little energy and cooks meat to perfection, moist and flavorful(I have wondered why Mexican restaurants dont use them for bean cooking, perferring the high energy cost of on stove boiling) Doesnt take long to bake a potato or two in them, oiling them a bit to seal. I have created a wonderful caviar subsitute by draining a can of mackerel, putting it into the pot, crumbling it up a bit with a fork, and smearing it with tomato paste(helpful to Mens prostrates) and letting it bake* until of a somewhat dry quality. A lusty dish of Omega3 oils for Mens cholesterol and calcium for their bone maintenance. Having a decade of being celibate, I am beyound such endeavors, my sexual allusions far more innocent than what is an abomination on the World wide web. In America, we have no ideal of sensuality. its all meat and potatoes and apathy. I created a cooking sauce(or salad dressing) some years ago, which I eat on every meal, including breakfast. I had hoped the salad dressing monarch of Hollywood would buy the recipe and save me from my povety, but hes so high up there while I am in the boiler room of life, way down below, besides, I think his wife, a far better actor should get credit for his belief we can be fooled, the product is his creativity. Mix 1-2 cups of soy flour with 1/2 cup of dried granulated seaweed. Put that into storage container. Then in a salad dressing type jar or bottle, put in 1-2 tablespooms of mixture, adding 1/4 bottle of soy sauce (not hydrolyzed)oops! these quarters are volumes of the salad dressing jar, 1/4 of apple cider vinegar, a teaspoon to tablespoon of prepared brown mustard, then filling bottle to top with pure water, lidding and shaking to mix. You can add a tsp. of dried ginger, or a tablespoon of Lecithin granules, or not. You will taste no single ingrediant and the result is addictive, and frankly, extremely healthy. You will be achieving anti cancer preventives. Come up with your own mix, maybe Mr. Bigshot will buy yours...(* Take a turkey thigh and put it in your crockpot, dont add any moisture whatsoever, sprinkle on it, Mrs. Dash's Tomato Basil Garlic blend dry seasoning, cover and bake in that manner for several hours. Absolutely superb, cooked in its own juices. Meat sliced, resembles roast beef. Be sure to link to Nutrition For Dumbies...Let me recommend Spike, a seasoning created by World famous Gaylord Hauser years and years ago. It contains all you need to maintain your heart and body, EXCELLENT on grilled meats, the salt pops in your mouth like pop rocks candy, sea salt. Albertson Supermarkets carries it in their spice section, at a very reasonable price or a health store, probably higher. It has the soy isoflavones plus myriad bio flavanoids. Wonderful stuff. |
