10,22,02:IF THE FOLLOWING ISNT BAD ENOUGH!< YESTERDAY< AT THIS SAME ALBERTSONS, A SIGN ON THE MUENSTER SLICED CHEESE PKG.S SAID IT WAS 2 FOR $4.00, SO I GOT ONE OF IT AND ANOTHER OF MONETEREY JACK ADJACENT WITH THE SAME SIGN ON IT, AND NOW DISCOVERED< THEY CHARGED ME FULL RETAIL OF $2.99 EACH. THIS IS BAIT AND SWITCH, A OLD FRAUD GAME. THEY KNOWMOST DISCARD THEIR RECEIPTS WITHOUT STUDYING THEM. BUT THIS IS ELDER ABUSE AS WELL, I LIVE ON A SENIORS LIMITED INCOME. ITS NOT A MISTAKE!, A RECENT NATIONAL STUDY BY A RESEARCH GROUP FOUND THIS ALL ON PURPOSE< TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS, BY PUTTING ON SALE BUT NOT ON THEIR COMPUTERS AT CHECKOUT STANDS, A SCAM, PURE AND SIMPLE> AND OH YES, CAN YOU TRUST THEM TO CHECK YOUR LOTTERY NUMBERS, THEY COULD EASILY SWITCH LOSER TICKETS GIVEN BACK TO YOU, WITH THEM KEEPING THE WINNINGS FOR THEMSELVES!On this Valentines Day (02) I went to this Albertsons on Mission, after emailing at library a high priority national security breach to U.S. Justice Dept. Which I have done frequently since the Trade Towers disaster.(webmaster@usdoj.gov), and there recognized the prescence of a security guard with the Langners Security service that in August (02) had ordered me from that property "forever." I went then to the mgr.s desk. related the incident, and told him, I did NOT want to be bothered again by the offending guard, as I did my shopping for food. BUT AT THE MGR.S COUNTER, near me, as I checked out was the offending guard AND a beefy red shirted male Albertson employee. Why didnt they just call the police?! Then I walked to nearby K-Mart to buy a new shirt, since the one I was wearing, refused with repeated washings to remove its stains. Today, I bought another shirt, and went to the same store for more food, and leaving, past same security guard who stood in aisle by mgr.s desk, who uttered as I passed, "dirty shirt." In August, I had eaten a fine meal at the China Inn Buffet in the same mall, then went outside to sit on a grassy knoll to settle my stomach. Then I went inside, purchased my food, and outside at a concrete bench, sorted out the stuff to put in my backpack. The security guard came up to me, smiling a Meth smile (I demand he be immediately tested for drugs!) told me to leave the premises and never come back. When I warned, I might sue, he said, "Go ahead," Then I called Lloyd Rich mgr. and alerted him of this outragious incident, which apparently, he ignored. (Note: I am a Senior Federally certified disabled Homeless person, how brave to pick on us, I have a witness, that has seen this same thing happen to a friend of his at Albertsons.) / California Sacremento Legislature, Senate President Pro Tem John Burton is wanting to set up a state office to bring the Homeless crisis under control, may I suggest Albertson Supermarkets contact him and donate substantial funds yearly, or I WILL SUE, EMBARASSING THE ENTIRE SUPERMARKET INDUSTRY*. (*Within the supermarket industry, there is a scandalous not pricing of tortillas within their store displays! Discriminating against the Hispanics and any others who purchase these regularly. Not only are they not labeled in pricing, but too often the shelf label is hidden or cant be found easily. The supermarkets blame the distributors, but it is both their fault. Obviously. J.B. (On March 15, I at their tortilla display, noted a stack of flour tortillas pkg.s at 99 cents each on the shelf label. I bought two, only to find out on my receipt, charged $1.49 for each. TORTILLA TERRORISM. Discriminating against the low income poor and Elderly on fixed incomes!) This Past Sunday,(3,25,02) after staying at a nearby local Motel 6, that has repeatidly not allowed me a Senior discount, because I dont carry a card or belong to the A.A.R.P.*, I bought a deli baked chicken, at the above Albertsons. Later, I discovered the same thing as I did two years ago, the flesh was in the stages of microbial food poisening, with the texture of mashed potatoes. A very dangerous condition for challenged immune systems, or children, or the Elderly. Cost me, $3.99, had to discard it, will they never care? *Usually $45.oo w/tax, now on Sunday, its $50.59 w/tax...the old motel 6 had one price all the time and it was a lot lower than other comparable motels, no longer true |
