Could a drug be sent up to affect me, asking my usual Questions. (Link to my recorded theory possibility of a terrorist attack in San Diego) Questions, such as, are they cooking Meth in this hotel. This morning, the owners manager came into my room, briskly, via my open door, wondering about a bad smell. I have smelled one too, wafting through the open window, is it coming from down below? (Or is it from Room 5, so filthy, recently, a Policeman, refused to enter the room. Recently, its tenant walked by my open door, apparently, two cockroaches dropped from his clothes and came into my room, where I eliminated them with a spray bottle full of a strong solution of anti bacterial liqud soap.
This morning, the electrical power went off, as it did one morning about 3:00 am, awaking me. It went back on, about an hour later. All asleep in the hotel, who could be overloading it? Except the Meth cookers.
One night, Frank, the parolee, across from my room 6, his room 8, told me to close my door, said he could hear my tv (through his heavy closed oak door, I cant hear his)...did they want access to the basement door, near my door, under the back staircase?
Another night, going and returning to the shared bathroom, I heard a noise there, as if someone had entered from the basement to use quickly that bathroom, near the basement door (Could it be, just a storage closet?) One parolee works across the street at the Greyhound Bus station, is that how they bring in their ingrediants? The Feds, local Sheriff dept., Police alerted do nothing, as usual. Are they in on the take?
HOW MANY TENANTS ARE IN THE GAME? I dont know. One has had a tumor removed from his leg, magic Meth's contribution to the body system, later it eats the brain. ---They sit in the lobby, conversing, mostly gossip or trivia. One had diarrhea for three days, he refused my offer of anti diarrheal pills. They all eat the grossest of junk food. Meth is their nutrition. They seem to vanish into their rooms, for days at a time. And then back to the lobby, to celebrate their obvious secret.
On one night, two stood near my door, one giving the other, some cash money, obviously offering me the opportunity to ask for purchase. (Of the two, one might be Arabic)
OUR UNIVERSITY PRISONS teach evil, Frank tells me, after 3 years in prison, he still cant read. Our prison probationers are high salaried prostitutes...Keep The Drugs Moving Across America, must be their logo.

THIS MORNING, FRANK TOLD ME TO GET OUT OF HOTEL, UNLIKE HIM, HIS RENT PAID BY THE PROBATION. I PAY MY OWN.
All the parolees should be tested for drugs.
The owners from India, live in Fresno, California, come down all those miles regularly, then return to Fresno. The owners manager has only been in the country for 3 months, I am told... speaks little English. I alerted the police, their habit of leaving their office quarters to breakfast across the hall from that might be cause for robbery with their being taken hostage...the officer merely said, that "if they were robbed, they would learn from their mistake."

....ON A RECENT OCCASION, I WAS ACCOSTED AND THREATENED WITH VIOLENCE BY A HEAVY MUSCLED TENANT, WHO TAKES UPON HIMSELF TO EMPTY THE TRASH OF THE HOTEL, DAILY. NEAR THE BASEMENT DOOR. I HAD GIVEN HIM A COPY OF MY MOST READ WEBSITE PAGE, "NUTRITION FOR DUMBIES," AND APPARENTLY, HE HAD TAKEN IT PERSONALLY. I am, as he is, a big fellow, but I am age 64, Senior and disabled.
Recently Mr. Richard Sitton, above, left the area for San Diego, Ca. Veterans Shelter. Another tenant told me, whose caretakes his blind son in his room, that Richard regularly slammed persons up against walls, and threatened the source so violently, that he had to call El Centro police, who dismissed it all, with, "Oh, thats just Richard." Sitton is built like a Sherman tank, sources have told me, he prefers very young Mexican girls, God only knows what they have suffered from him. BUT I HAVE FOUND LOCAL POLICE, all emailed, DO NOTHING, IN FACT, ARE OFTEN AMUSED. I GUESS THEY THINK THEY WONT GROW OLD.
THE ROBERTA HOTEL (465 State Street)WAS OPENED IN 1927 AND SHOULD BE ON THE NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORICAL STRUCTURES. CAN YOU IMAGINE THE CELEBRITIES AND HISTORICAL FIGURES THAT MUST HAVE STAYED THERE IN THE PAST! THIS HISTORICAL TREASURE DESERVES BETTER. A VERY SAD COMMENT ON THE OPPORTUNITIES IGNORED BY THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF EL CENTRO, CALIFORNIA, APPARENTLY, THEY PREFER DRUGGERS, DRUNKS, AND PROSTITUTES...
....RECENTLY, IN DEC., I WENT TO THE LOCAL MENTAL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH DEPT.*, REQUESTING FOR A LIST OF OPTOMETRISTS THAT TOOK MEDICAL AND FOOD SUPPLY BANKS, I HAD TO ARGUE TO GET THIS LIST!, 4 bureaucrats suck off funding for what?, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THEIR EMAILED ADDRESS AS DID THE IMPERIAL COUNTY HEALTH DEPT>!
THIS IS WHAT DAVIS IN HIS NEW BUDGET IS SENDING MONIES FOR TO THE LOCAL LEVEL! (*Right across from the uncaring headquarters of The Imperial Press Newspaper.)
I WILL BE TAKING IN MY USED BRITA WATER FILTER, ASKING THAT THE BLACK SPOTS ON IT, FROM THE HOTEL TAP WATER SYSTEM, IS OR ISNT THAT DANGEROUS CAN BE FATAL FUNGUS, SUCH AS EXPERIENCED IN MOTEL 6's THE STATE ALSO HAS FAILED TO INVESTIGATE>
