The Good Life didn't satisfy the soul.
Leaving it all for worldly gain,
don't even think that you're in control.

Chose to walk away from the Son,
only to choose a lifetime of misery.
Are you sure this is what has to be done?

Feeling trapped within this prison cell.
To escape this messed up life,
to be tortured in the pits of Hell.

Thinking that life's one cruel joke.
Satan's playing you like a fool,
but how can you see through the smoke.

Consumed by the pain and the strife.
Don't you see that you're being
sucked in the undertow of life?

Jesus' reaching His arms out to you,
to save you from Satan's harm!
The choice is yours, what will you do?

If I were you, His hand I would take.
For if you don't, it will be
the biggest mistake you'll ever make.

I know someone who knew you once before.
But he says he's all through,
wants to know You no more.

I know things haven't always gone your way.
Be no longer of Satan's pawn
and see the light of a new day.

But if you don't want to come this way,
I wish you all the luck in the world.
That is all that I can say!
